The location couldn't be better. The decoration was lovely and the apartment had everything that we needed for our stay. In addition, it was spotless. We loved the private deck and jacuzzi!

You only got the information about registering guests, parking, where and how to park, and how and when to collect the keys on the morning of check-in by email. This made it difficult as we did not have internet access while we were travelling.

All the information was clear and the staff were friendly, but it was only sent on the day of check-in. My advise would be to trust it will all come good on the day as it did for us.

Everything was perfect! Two bedrooms, two baths, everything was new or perfectly clean: bathrooms, furniture, sheets, pots and pans, dishes, washer, dishwasher, iron, ironboard. And Cartagena is a gem.

The quality of the apartment is exceptional. The jacuzzi terrace had fantastic views and was a real treat. The apartment was very clean and in a great location for exploring the city

The weather was really hot, so an umbrella would have been very welcome on the upper floor. This should definitely be provided. The kitchen could be stocked a little better, no kettle and only one small saucepan. The sofa is not particularly comfortable either. The fitted sheet on the double bed is too small.

The location was excellent. Air conditioning kept the apartment really cool. Very clean. Jacuzzi was an added bonus. All amenities within easy reach. Parking provided is excellent too.

Kitchen equipment is quite basic. Some coffee capsules or water on a sunday evening arrival would be a nice gesture. Apartmente was clean, bath rooms could be a bit more spot on.

Great apartments with a nice view of Cartagena harbour. Big apartment, ideal for a family of four and with two bath rooms. Location is ideal just a few steps from the pedestrian central zone with shops, bars and restaurants and all sights (amphitheatre, museums, etc.) are not more than 10min walking distance. Nice parking just around the corner is a big plus and worth the 10€ per day extra.

A modern apartment situated just off the Calle Mayor , a few minutes walk to the Port, great views from the living room , exceptional value, clean and comfortable.

The location was great! Very near to lots of great restaurants & an easy walk to the harbourside. We had the suite with the rooftop area & hot tub which was great! The apartment was very comfortable, clean & had everything you need for your stay including dishwasher tablets & laundry liquid. I did not realise that there was not a manned reception but my contact Jonatan used WhatsApp to contact me to let me know what to do to pick up the keys & he was very helpful. You are also given instructions how to get into the building when the door is locked. You are provided with contact numbers if you need to contact someone. There is also staff available for a few hours each day in the office next door so we did not have any problems. The staff were great, really friendly & helpful!
