No bedding was left for the sofa bed and we realised quite late.

Location was really great as were the facilities. Big pool and deck which the kids loved. It was easy to check in and receive the door code.

There was nothing we didn't like, but the beach was about a 20 minute walk (which we were aware of), that was the only small thing.

Fabulous apartment, v clean and comfortable, lovely rooftop pool area which was spotlessly clean also. Reception v helpful. Close distance to shops and restaurants.

It was a bit cramped with the four of us and not having a place to put our wet towels to dry. This did not spoil our stay.

We loved the keypad to enter the building and apartment. Great not having to worry about keys. Property was in a great location and was very clean. The swimming pool although small was a bonus and the view from the pool area was great.

- the rooftop pool was our favorite part - they have a room with a washing machine - room was very clean and exactly ass described - i liked the „code system“ to get into the appartment (no keys needed) - parking 5 minutes walk

Ground floor apartment could be a little noisy late at night/early morning but nothing too bad

Great location in old town. Good to have a pool to cool down. Nice sized pool. Spacious accommodation with 2 shower rooms. Comfy sofabed for child’s use. AC a little tricky but staff very helpful. Opening windows knocks AC off, be careful of this but it is mentioned in apartment info.

I loved that the Hotel was directly in the old town of Cádiz. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again.

Lack of kitchen equipment - some of which we bought ourselves (washing up liquid, sponge, kitchen roll, hand towel, dish cloth, freezer section for ice), air conditioning at lowest temperature (19 degrees) was not accurate and would be too warm for some, TV had one channel available before we tuned channels ourselves, TV lacked streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. but we got by with YouTube, shower gel was thin and not great quality (seemed the same as hand soap provided).

Electronic door codes (both room and building), roof terrace with swimming pool and loungers, spacious apartment, comfy bed, large mirror and sink vanity unit in bathroom, powerful shower and instant hot water, sofa/TV lounge area, air conditioning ("19 degrees" was comfortable for us), towels and toilet rolls replenished on day 3.

The property was perfectly located, the rooms were spacious and very clean and the pool and the view was absolutely amazing. We had a problem with the aircondition in our room and immediately got offered a new one a category above ours. absolutely recommend this place.

we reported on day, that the air conditioning in our room was fixed at a minimum temp of 19c and this made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. Despite a further request, no action was taken.

Following the instructions, we checked into the accommodation, and attempted to locate our room 20 on floor 2. After wandering around for 10 minutes, we reported to the reception, the young lady was also unable to locate our room. She contacted a colleague, and it was established that we were in room 20 on floor 2A. If we had arrived late at night, we would have never found our room

While the receptionist was lovely and present during the day, the fire alarm went off at 11:15pm and it took over 30 mins for someone to come to the property and turn it off.

Great location, very comfortable bed, good air con, spacious and nice decor. Pool and lounge chairs were great.
