Collecting the keys late at night from a complete different location was very frustrating. There was a singular stay office closer on the square which would have been more convenient

We had a problem getting the keys as we were travelling by public transport, arrived very tired at apartment then had to find out where to access the keys as our instructions didn't arrive until we arrived at the apartment but it resolved itself with tenacity on our part and the bookings admin.

The location, the size of the apartment, the balconies, kitchen etc, little shops around the street.

Check-in was confusing and not at the actual location. Online check-in only half worked. Staff, though, were lovely and very helpful

There was no shower gel and shampoo supplied. The sofa was very uncomfortable. Luckily we didnt use it that much. The online check in link in the company email didn't work. It didn't work when we stayed in March. It was reported at the time but still hadn't been resolved by October.

The location is in the middle of the old town which was perfect for us. Plenty of bars and restaurants closeby. 10 minutes walk from Valencia NORD train station. It was a quiet street. The beds were very comfortable.

Not many amenities in the apartment such as sugar salt pepper, felt we had to buy a lot. Ottoman in the bedroom was quite dirty and stove stopped working on the last day.

The location of this property is perfect, 2 minute walk to the cathedral and lots of restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the bus stop that goes directly to the beach(Bus 95). Very spacious apartment made us feel very comfortable. We were able to cook breakfasts in the morning in the kitchen.

There was no information or welcome pack. We arrived late at night and there was no coffee or tea available. We couldn't get the cooker to work...it was touchscreen and we tried everything.

Loved the apartment, the balconies, the space, it was immaculate, the location was superb and we felt safe.

Didn’t appreciate having to go to another location to pick the keys up. It was raining & we had luggage. Also as not knowing the city it was time consuming. Would have preferred there being someone at the property to give us the keys. It was very difficult to open the main outside gate of the property with the key which came with our apartment. My husband had to have several goes each time we had to enter. Think this might need looking at. It was apartment number 4.

Location excellent. Quiet street very near the cathedral. Lots of bars, restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped. Very impressed with the washing machine & dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable too.

Late 4pm check in and early 11am check out. Extremely uncomfortable sofa(bed), worst I've ever sat on! I would say it would not be nice to sleep on.

Fantastic location, very close to the beautiful cathedral square. The staff were very pleasant and lovely to deal with. They didn't give us a late checkout but kept our bags in the office.

The location was superb, right next to the old town and square, walking distance to sightseeing and restaurants/bars. Quiet location off a side street so noise at night .

Even tough we only used the house mainly for sleep, it wasn’t nice the fact that the house had no natural light and the photos of the ad don’t reflect that. We also didn’t understand why we needed to give so much information like, for example, copy of the ID of all residents.

The apartment was cold the first day the floors were freezing the aircond units are old and the bedroom's one was a bit noisy !

The location was great close to all the bars and restaurants but yet on a very quiet street behind the Cathedral. The apartment has a nice high ceiling and a well equipped kitchen.

the apartment had all the windows facing a gap inside the building that was smelling bad so we couldn’t open windows for the entire week, it felt like we were in a cave, I wasn’t expecting that especially after seeing the pictures of a big windows facing the beautiful building that is on the opposite side of the road.. The appliances like toaster and hair dryer were there but they didn’t work. The TV wasn’t a smart TV so we couldn’t watch anything that wasn’t on the normal Spanish TV.

Key collection was not perfect, as this was only told the same day of arrival, and was at another location then the appartement. Taxi was booked in advanced, so needed to change this last minute with the chaffeur, after that had to walk 10/15 minutes with suitcase from key pickup to appartement itself. Key was in locker, so I would think this locker also could have been at the appartement itself. Small thing, but nothing to do with the appartement itself, that was perfect ;-)

Perfect location. Appartement was big and very clean. Very nice beds, stable but comfi. Big kitchen and all the supply's you need. Iron, towels, toaster, kettle etc etc etc. Would come again

Great apartment,very clean with everything we needed.Location was perfect,central and easy to get around on foot or by public transport.Valencia is a perfect location for a city break but with the addition of a beautiful beach nearby.

The kitchen was not well equipped with a blunt knife, just a few plates. In addition, the dishes were not completely clean on arrival. There was WiFi, but no sheet of password, so you had to contact the organisation if you needed WiFi

The location is great, also the accommodation was large und you have enough space for two persons. The interieur looks modern and the communication with the company was easy and fast.
