Our apartment was an open space bedroom with 5 beds - very generous but no privacy if needed - which I was not aware of when booking. It was just a surprise.

Absolutely nothing.

Unreal location for both visiting what Haro has to offer and also wandering up to all of the bodegas! We were greeted by Victor, who was super helpful, in explaining the area. We visited El Terete for dinner which came highly recommended and was absolutely worth the high praise. The apartment itself was a lovely space. The fan provided earned its keep in the heat but regardless it was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Victor and his staff are really friendly, accommodating, and super helpful. The apartments are dog friendly and well maintained. A great place to stay with dogs in Haro. We will come and stay again.

Only issue was with our bathroom door that seemed to stick a bit - but honestly it was a great location and such a nicely restored property. Round the corner to a great breakfast cafe called Nido and a few hundred metres to the central square with lots of bars and restaurants-

Victor the host was amazing really proud of Haro. Explained where we were and gave us a local map. Couldn’t do enough for us and we had such a great time we have already rebooked for October.

Reception staff were available at the property at the time of arrival were extremely helpful. The studio apartment had been well refurbished and equipped. The location is within a few minutes walk of the centre with bars restaurants and a supermarket. Great place to stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. Our host Victor met us and arranged a parking for us and gave us good recommendations about where to eat and where to taste wine.

We couldn't make work any more than one channel on the tv

Location, how spacious it is, the double bed super comfy. I was reading previous reviews and you can tell they've improved (soap in the bathroom, signals of silence please, floor fans and shutters for the top windows)

The shower was slow to drain, but we understand that in Europe, buildings that are very old this is sometimes an issue.

The host and staff were great. Very helpful in all ways. The location was close to everything we needed.

The apartment was large and very clean. Victor was lovely and made lots of recommendations of areas to visit around Haro. I would 100% recommend staying here for anyone visiting Haro and the local wineries.

Tea/coffee/shampoo would be nice to have.

So glad I picked this place. Spacious loft, full of light, beautiful local style with wooden beams and tiles, two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), huge comfortable king bed (so two of us friends could have our own side to ourselves). The building has a lift. Excellent location just a couple of min away to everything we needed in Haro. Loved it and 100% recommend!

On closer in inspection it seems grubbier than in the photos on here. Rusty bathroom fittings and the ‘seen better days’ shower-head need replacing. The poor lighting in the bathroom increases that sensation of grubiness. The tiling in the shower area could do with a good scrub. Not a good look, guys.

The location is perfect, close to the historic part of the town, squares, cafés, restaurants etc. As far as fully equipped studio apartments go, it’s also ok, the bed is comfortable and aircon wasn’t needed (25-30C last week). The receptionist was very helpful and courteous when arranging to pick up the keys.
