Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beach was very clean and options to swim in coves and pool if too windy. Walk from accommodation to the beach was 5 mins. Very quiet area but plenty to do and good transport links if going short distances.

United KingdomThere were very few items of cutlery and crockery, which meant washing up continually. Parking was very difficult on arrival and several times during our stay.
We had a lovely outdoor seating area which we used a lot. The hosts were very helpful and provided us with extra items when we asked, such as ice cube trays. The location was a short walk from the beach and several good restaurants and snack bars.

Germanyat night, there was some noise in the background maybe from the air ventilation system or something else. noise in the morning (starting around 7) from the outside maintannance or the surrounding hotels maintannance
without contacting the host I was informed by him with a welcome video and explaining how to enter the yard and reach the appartment. Excellent for my family being first time in Mallorca. very clean, spacious, balcony with a small sea view and lovely sunshine in the morning Possibility to grill and dinner place. Swiming pool was nice too. Sea beach in 5 min by foot.

NetherlandsDo note that if you rent an electric car, there are no charging points in Canyamel, the nearest is a 15 min ride to Cala Ratjada.
We had a wonderful stay in Canyamel at Sa Torre. The town itself was nice and quiet, providing a relaxing escape. The online check-in made our arrival go fast and smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay!

Luxembourgdishwasher was too small and did not work well. Parking is on the street, not private. It is free, and we did not have any issue, but still... The house is not very comfortable, if you have a small kid/baby as it the floor is very cold and there are stairs. But for adults and older kids it is perfect!
House is nice, very big. Nice and qualitative furniture, it has all the necessary facilities. Area is quite and beach is big, sandy and beautiful, just 5 min from the place. It is accessible only with a car, as city is very small.

FinlandToilet paper was bit thin and the property had free access without any security. But these are so tiny issues that it wasn’t big deal.
The premises were extremely well kept and pool area was clean. I liked that there is no vegetation to create dust around areas. Room was simple and clean with good kitchen equipment. Service was kind and attentative.

SlovakiaThere was a slight smell in the apartment, not sure if it was coming from outside or something from inside. It wasn’t too bothering and we did not report it to reception, so no big deal. Overall our stay was great as before.
This was our second stay and again, we were very satisfied. I would happily recommend it mostly to families or people who are looking for a quite and pleasant stay. I recommend also the provided breakfast that are vey tasty.
