The couch and stools at the eating counter were a bit"sat out" - need re-upholstering. Disappointed on that we had only a small view of the mountain through the skylight.

Convenient location and parking. Good reception on arrival at the accommodation. Very neat and convenient kitchenette!

The location is excellent. In the middle of Torla, close to shops and restaurants, yet quiet and spacious. Secure parking next to the property made access and unloading easy. All the staff were very helpful. The photos do not do it justice!

The ceil in my room was a diagonal, so I had to watch my head moving around. The reception is located in the hotel so when you need something it is few minutes walk.

A nice apartment inside the village, the apartments are located few minutes walk from the hotel itself. In front of the apartments entry there is a supermarket. They have a private parking for the apartments guests.

The reception staff on check-in was exceptional, very helpful in showing us parking, room and places nearby to eat. The secure gated parking was a big plus in a small town with limited parking. Restaurants were easy walking from apartment with a market across the street.

Friendliness of both Mario and Georgina who were so helpful from checkin to checkout and everything in between. Location is fabulous right in the heart of good bars and eateries and close to National Park.

Raul was an excellent host, incredibly helpful, informative and friendly. The car park was huge and with close and easy access to the apartments themselves, the kitchen had every appliance imaginable (I would definitely recommend Apartamentos Russell for families), a breakfast table, etc. and provided washing up soap etc. The place was immaculately clean, including bathrooms, etc.

We had the upper floor so only windows were like skylights so couldn’t admire any view of this amazing location. Also a kettle and some tea and coffee in the room would have been nice.

No fire alarm in the 3 floor town house and the door to get out from the top floor is looked. Bring your own travel fire alarm to feel safe until the Russel team has got time to install smoke/fire detectoers . Lots of flies in july in Torla and they like the house, luckily the supermercado sold "fly swatters" . The small bedroom in the bottom floor with the bunk bed is very small. Not fit for adults.

Nice 3 floor town house. Towels and bed linen included. Great private location 1 minute from supermarket and bakery and restaurant. 5 min from bus to Paradera de Ordesa. Nice private outside area shade starting at 15. Several hike routes closeby .

Everything was fine. The apartment did not have a view to the mountains (views are truly amazing in Torla in general), but that was not so necessary, since we went for hikes every day of the stay, rather than staying in the apartment all day long.

A nice, comfortable, very clean apartment. The hosts were extremely friendly (they even gave me a book about the Pyrenees as a present). The apartments have a private parking lot for free for the guests, which is a very convenient feature in Torla, with its narrow streets.

Plenty of space for a studio apartment (around 61m²), and the only studio apartment I've ever stayed in that was equipped with 2 complete bathrooms.

A spacious and clean apartment with good accessibility for people with disabilities. There was no kettle for hot drinks. The staff suggested we reheat in the microwave. We arrived for three nights. There was only one garbage bag. Limited toilet paper. The staff refused to deliver. They suggested that we buy the shortage at the supermarket. Equipment is missing in the kitchen if you plan to cook. Wifi is extremely weak. There is no extra pillow or extra blanket in the rooms. After contacting the team once, we gave up on contacting them again. Don't expect smiles.
