We arrived late only to find they'd double booked our marina view room, so had to spend the first night in a standard room, which was annoying at first but the room was ready for us to change to by check out time, plus they gave us half board wristbands by way of compensation. We only used them once as we thought the selection of restaurants nearby were a lot better. The double booking was annoying at the time but remedied very satisfactorily.

Stayed in a room with marina view, right on the corner and the view really was fantastic. Seeing that every morning started the day off great. The room itself was OK with everything you need. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Parking all around is not a problem and free. The road opposite the north entrance; Carrer Cova des Moro was perfect and never had an issue getting a space. Breakfasts were great with plenty of options.

Marks on the curtains Chipped floor tiles,bathroom taps held up with a rough rubber substance. For £1600 for a week for two adults and a child,I would have expected the apartments to be in pristine condition. I had originally paid for an apartment to fit four people,i then realised i had missed putting my child on the search,i then had to pay an additional £300 which I couldn’t understand as i had paid for an apartment for four people and it was self catering,so i can not understand what this additional £300 was for exactly and it felt very unfair,if i had booked a different room type I could understand,but it was the same apartment. Felt like being taken advantage of as having no other choice but to pay it. The parasols were mostly broken and two fell on me while I was sunbathing. All need replacing and the rooms need work.

It was more than 30 degrees I have a 8mo baby and the air con on my bedroom wasn't working, they provided a portable air con but it was so loud we couldn't use at night. Bedroom floor was also not very cleeanand there were ants all over the room.

Wi-fi very intermittent, and a small thing but a hand rail against the side of the bath would be useful, sun beds could do with some upgrades!

Excellent location, within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, 10 min walk to the beach, very clean accommodation, rooms cleaned daily, nice pool with plenty of sun beds around, great air con, didnt eat at hotel so cant comment on that, but people we spoke to said they enjoyed the food there, this is of course towards the end of season there, so very peaceful and quiet.

Very basic and lots of little problems.No plug for the sink in the bathroom. Only 1 plug socket in living area and it was broke. More cutlery need in kitchen

Kitchen was not cleaned that well. We were not too bothered as we did not use it but drawer with cutlery was dirty. Sofas in the apartment were stained so we were not too keen on using them. We also struggled to get the apartment cleaned as the cleaner came always came in during the biggest heat where we would come back for a bit from the beach. We were going to leave so we would not bother her but she just gave us fresh towels and left. But these would be issues for someone who would spend loads of time in the apartment whereas we spent most days out and just needed somewhere to sleep so if that is your case, nothing to worry about!

The resort was really nice. Excellent location, shops and restaurants right around the corner, 5 mins walk to the beach. We were staying in an apartment which was quite lovely. One AC in the "lounge" and another one in the bedroom which saved our lives in the heat. Bed was unusually comfortable and we also had a lovely balcony. Pool was about a minute walk and was lovely, was not too busy either. Breakfast was great, I enjoyed trying new food and they had amazing hash browns! All staff we spoke to were nice, polite and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The food was sometimes salty and they had bad connection to network. But we recommended this hotel because our stay was amazing.

The houses were really nice. It was so close to beach and restaurant. We enjoyed our trip here.

Rather noisy at night, pool noisy during the day, apartments very hot, kitchen could do with a few more essentials such as a chopping board, wine glasses and definitely a new kettle.

The location is perfect, staff amazing, nice size apartment.

There was AC in only one of the room and when I spoke to reception about this, they mentioned all the rooms were such. Its unfair to list the property with AC when all the rooms don't have it. Its a must requirement during summers.

Property was not responsive to call. I had questions about commuting to the hotel but no one answered the call or replied to ay booking.com texts.

We were given a rabbit hole of an apartment, well hidden, not what we were told we would get up on the first floor. No sitting outside the apartment in the sun. We were told there wasn't one available.

It's position was good. The food was good.

We stayed half board, but the evening meals didn’t do it for us, it was very hot with no air con and too busy at the food stations. So we ate out most nights. Breakfast was good though.

Unbeatable location, right on the marina and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great pool, the kids loved it. We had no problem getting sun beds at any time of the day even in August.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved the location and the overall setup as it was so close to the restaurants. Our rooms were cleaned daily and there were great entertainment for the kids. Loved, loved, loved the pool and the cocktail bar.

The bathroom needs to be updated a little, would be great to have some soap and a sponge in the kitchen. Considering it's a 3 Star hotel, it's ok!

Good Aircon, staff friendly. Breakfast and Dinner very good. Liked that there were 2 pools available. The one in the Flora apartments is much more quiet then in the Alua Sun apartments.

Our room was right on the pool which was perfect during rhe day! But if had little ones and wanted sleep then do ask for room away from pool area as night-time entertainment and noise sometimes ran on until after 12! This isnt even a fault but if do have younger kids that want sleep then request not to be in room over pool!

Location was amazing restaurants shops and bars all on your doorstep. 5 minute walk to beach! The entertainment team were fab! Antonio, jose and alex! All very friendly and made everyone feel welcome! Especially Antonio have never seen someone as happy and the energy he has is amazing! My 2 kids ages 7 and 10 loved kids club and couldn't wait to go every day! Place wouldn't be same without him! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

The location of the hotel and the view on marina was great. We loved sitting on the terase.
