We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Spainno soap or shower gel in the bathroom ( I was told it was because of Govt. regulations) I find this ridiculous, especially in times of covid; you had to ask reception to get the remote contol for the TV(!); everything is a bit old and dated in the rooms though perfectly clean.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping to a high standard. Reguar covid cleans to common areas. Pool bar and restaurant decent range of food options. Great location for beach and shops, food outlets. Security good, property a little tired in places but rooms bright and cheerful with basics needed for a holiday stay, beds bigger than some with decent mattress. Even sofa beds comfy to sit on fold out mattress ok. Family room.

United KingdomI Guess i always hope the safe Will be free but it's not a huge issue. It would have been good to have the beds made Up as a double but we pushed them together and It was fine.
Location was fab. Staff were really helpful and patient while i tried to practice my spanish. The pool was gorgeous and clean and prices at the pool bar were reasonable. We had a lovely view from our balcony. We could see Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance. Beds were comfy. Loved the separate dining kitchen.

United KingdomWe have stayed at several places in the area and It’s the 1st time we have had to pay €10 deposit per item for a kettle, toaster, remote control, and iron their is not enough utensils no bottle opener which is essential when on holiday. The apartment could do with an upgrade in my opinion which I know everyone has different views but I’m just being honest it’s also the 1st we have had cockroaches in our apartment. A shop on site would be helpful selling the basics.
The pool was clean and staff were friendly especially the night Porter who worked hard 6 nights a week.

The complex overall was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and it is well situated between the beach and the centre of Corralejo.
