Sun beds around the pool were looking old and well used and needed to be replaced.

Lovely clean spacious apartment located in a quiet area of Portocolom. Nice sea view from our balcony. Towels changed every 3 days, kitchenette had everything we needed.

Open wardrobe could be replaced with closed one's, since it could catch the cooked food smell in the same room.

Room was clean and fresh. All neccessary things arranged for kitchen. Beds are comfortable. All Instructions were clearly for the room.

Nothing special to dislike - small notes - outside of the appartment stairs, can be tricky with large suitcases, street parking so it depends on how lucky you are to find parking

Some nights it was hard to park near the area, but we always ended up managing with a bit of patience. We would have liked to have a safe for our valuables.

It was excellent location, the apartments werw clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and quick to reply to our mesages.

Room 3 had a lovely big balcony with pool and sea views. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space. Comfy beds. Nice bathroom with a shower that was always hot! Nice touch having air con included too, as it was much needed! Very much a home from home, as you just come and go as you need. Pool seating area is small, with minimal beds, but it seemed most went elsewhere during the day so wasn't a problem for our group. Would stay again.

The self-check in in very comfortable. The room is nice and the view from the balcony is just lovely. The location is close enough to restaurants-bars, but very nice and quiet.

We liked the stay in this apartment and in Portocolom. Everything we needed was in the apartment, as well as a parasol! Everything was nearby to walk: one of the many beachs, the port ot a bigger supermarket. We could recommend the stay in this apartment, also we liked the small swimming pool you could use while staying there.

Poor soundproofing, lots of noise from other apartments, cleaners VERY noisy early one morning. No towel hooks, in kitchen or bathroom (outside towel rail too small and rained for two days). Area is a bit run down, lots of bars and restaurants have closed. Hire car needed for transport to good supermarkets and tourist attractions.

Very clean. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen equipment provided. Close to beach. A few good restaurants nearby.

Be careful, the booking states a tourist tax of 2.2 euros per day per person, and the owner asks us to pay twice that amount in a whatsapp message. We asked him why the tax amount is twice as high as what is indicated on Booking. He replied that he would find out. Answered the next day that this is a city tax and a local tax. Having studied the information on the Internet, we did not find anything about these taxes, only about a single tourist tax. We also asked the owners of other hotels and apartments. They said that there are no such taxes for tourists. Looks like the owner lied to us. Be careful and only pay the amount of tax indicated at the time of booking.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Our daughter would wake up every time we move in bed while sleeping. We are definitely not picky but every day we would wake up with an extreme back pain.

The location, the space of the studio and the appliances were just perfect. Maite, the host, and the lady that supports with cleaning were absolute angels. Very kind and always available and flexible.
