Staff on reception were FANTASTIC! The location was superb and the restaurant / cafe at the front was great value. The apartment was VERY basic and really could use a few extra things like hooks on doors, a kettle, things like that, but it was clean and perfectly serviceable

The apartment has everything needed and is located in very good area of ibiza with several walking distance amenities. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Cleaning sponge and wash liquid for the kitchen, a few more spatcherlers and definitely missing a kettle, us brits like our tea :)

The whole trip ran very smoothly, we enjoyed a nice lunch while we waited for our room to be cleaned, and we had access earlier than the check in time which was a bonus.

Unfortunately nothing to wash the dishes with was provided, dish soap, towels, sponge. So we had to go out and buy it. The fridge was not cooking properly. The freezer was fine.

the air conditioner is between the room and the living room, so you need to sleep with the door open and the room doesn’t get as cold as needed, once it was pretty warm in ibiza.

the location is perfect, it is near to the beach (5 min or less), there is plenty of restaurants nearby, a little supermarket just in front and the sea view front the apartment is breathtaking.

The magnetic keys always broke and we needed to make them re-configured. It could be very problematic if they broke at the same time. Not 24/7 reception so do not forget to take their emergency number. There were teenagers who made a lot of noise :/ . I am glad we didn't have to kill them .

Great view. 10-15 mins to walk to bus station and supermarkets ( ALDI and LIDL). Nice receptionists. Cleaning could be better. We cleaned the kitchen before use it. Air Conditioning was good. The room was old. You can take the bus number 10 to go famous beach Ses Salines and you can walk to playa den bossa ( takes 15 mins). You can also swim by the hotel. The beach was also OK.

The reception is closed between 1pm and 5pm. I didn't check my email which is my fault but apparently if you arrive during that time they leave the key and you do a self check-in. We waited at the bar round the corner for several hours until they opened.

There were no soaps, shampoos, etc.. Plus the number of blankets were less than 5 (We were 5 people so needed 5 blankets of course)

The facilities were old and tired the microwave and air conditioning didn’t work and we had trouble with the key card not working as did other apartments who were very noisy when trying to get in at 4.00am

Great location, super nice staff, very clean, and we got a room WAY bigger than we were expecting! It was a whole studio and way nicer/bigger than the online pictures made it look. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a bus stop only about 10 minutes away, which we used to go everywhere. LOVED this place!

Really friendly owners who made our trip very relaxing. Small, perfectly located hotel in a quieter area of Ibiza but right in the beach with lots of great bars within walking distance. Bar at the hotel itself was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.
