We were unable to keep our room on on the last day. Although we could store our luggage and use the pool, there were no toilet facilities or anywhere to change for our late flight.

Although basic, it has everything we needed. It was clean and the location is fantastic. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The only problem is the smell drifting from the big hotel behind. Have to keep kitchen and shower window shut.

Pool wasn’t open which was disappointment. Even if it was open they charge everyday for use of the pool. The beach is across the road, it’s better to go over to there. These apartments were residential as well as holiday lets, which wasn’t advertised.

Bathroom a little small and lift is very slow and a bit wobbly.

Some of the most comfiest beds i have ever stayed in abroad. Super comfy. Nice long pillows, and spare pillows in the cupboard.

Pool area was closed during our stay, presume it was too early in the season but if you are opening to take bookings then the pool should be open. Meant we had to pay for the beach sunbeds every day which are quite costly now in Majorca.

It's a bit small. Walls are too thin and you can hear the noises from your neighbour. Chairs moving, footsteps, voices. One particular neighbour next to us, who I guess is staying there permanently, was constantly moaning during the night. Not good if you have children.

Location was perfect for us. It was easy to go to other places by bus. It's near the beach and supermarkets. The staff were also nice.

Stayed for 3 nights and cleaning is only done after 3 nights, so no cleaning for us. Also, We could hear footsteps and screams of the neighbors which was quite disturbing. 2 single-bed was provided when the booking option state a double bed. This is inaccurate

The host was very kind and accomodating. Since we were travelling with a toddler, she was extra helpful all through our stay ( gave us books and toys for our daughter to play with and also allowed us to check out 30 min delayed as the little one was nursing). Thank you!

The partments are old I guess that's why you could even hear the neighbours talking.

Location, Palma nova Beach just across the road and plenty of places to shop and eat around. Being on the 7th floor, the view of the beach from the balcony was great.

We knew it was a budget apartment, so the stains on the shower curtain didn't bother us too much! The pool was really dirty and closed whenever we went passed, which is a shame as had I known the state of it, we may have gone elsewhere.

The location was perfect for a base. The bus stop to Palma was less than 5 minutes walk away, and we went out every evening for meals or drinks as there were plenty to choose from. The balcony was great, as well as the kitchen. Overall, it's exactly what you expect from a Spanish budget apartment.

Opening hours in description are not correct. I arrived there within the opening hours described. The person at the reception said I have to come back in 1 hour as the reception is not opened. So I just had to waste 1 hour of time.

The place is a bit old, like a lot of these buildings in Spain. The good thing was that it was cleaned every day. Very noisy neighbours.

Location is fantastic with plenty free car parking just 1-2 minutes walking distance. Apartments are bit old but really clean and well equipped.
