Very close to the yumbo and also the pub (Red cow) that we used every night. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment Very clean.

Hard to find the person working in the reception , 99% of the time no one was there , we stayed for 5 night and we only saw a person in reception 2 times and we came in and out a lot , it was a bit annoying when we were trying to check out so we could use the last morning and no one was in the reception so we had to call

Hotel is really well located with access to Yumbo and bus stops. The beach was a 10 minute walk and a really good supermarket was just across the street. All rooms seem to overlook the street and pool area, the pool is a decent size, not too busy and actually quite quiet for the hotel being on a busy street. Everything i needed for self catering was in my room and the rooms were much bigger than i expected. The staff were very friendly and collecting my keys from the lock box when i arrived at night was very easy. The free WiFi worked fine for me too. The TV in the room was a smart TV which was able to mirror my phone to play music and watch films on, which was really useful. The rooms have no air conditioning but if you leave the balcony door open and the bedroom window there was always a nice breeze. I would say this hotel really is value for money on room, facilities and location.

Check-in and check-out were slightly inconvenient with no attended reception counter. The wi-fi is shockingly bad. Most of the time it didn’t work at all.

The location is excellent. The rooms were a good size and pretty well equipped.

Very clean but also very bare. No soap in bathroom - not expecting a whole range of toiletries, but had to go buy a hand-wash.

The fact that there is no reception on Sundays. Since we checked in and out on Sundays. I was a bit confused with the procedure. Room a bit outdated but I guess we couldn't expect luxury rooms at this price and this location. At the end it worth it.

The only niggle is that it's not always staffed at reception. So on arrival, I had to ring to get a code to open a key safe in reception to get a key for my room. No big deal if you're aware that may happen. A couple arrived same time as me and were a bit panicked as they weren't aware this may happen. It was a couple of days before I could get a WiFi code, might have been an idea to leave the details in the room for my arrival. No one on reception on my departure day, however, the maintaince staff did take keys and store bag securely for a couple of hours before my collection, so, if you're aware that you may have to do this, then I think it takes away that worry. It's not a big niggle if you're aware of it. Other than that, I definitely would recommend this property!

Overall, this is a fantastic spot to stay. So close to the yumbo centre, however, with the bedroom to the rear of the property, there is no nighttime noise affecting sleep. The accommodation is great in size, plenty of room. If you want to go 'out and out' self catering, it's maybe lacking a little with utensils, but didn't affect my stay. Whilst the pool faces on to the road, it is relatively quiet to lie out. Good size pool too. There is a gym which is reasonably equipped for it's size, however, not always open. I'm sure staff, if around would open it on request.

Honestly, nothing significant to dislike for me, I have stayed here multiple times over the last year and it works for me. The property is located on a fairly busy road and in a busy area, but it’s quiet at night and no problem with noise inside the apartments.

Apartments are clean, pretty modern with sunny balconies. Location is very close to the Yumbo and staff are friendly/helpful. Cleaner comes most days (this stay it was every day). The price is very good value for the area. The complex is well maintained.

There are a few minor issues, that are slightly annoying, because they could be so easily fixed. The WiFi is incredibly temperament and more often than not just doesn't work. I gave up after a while and just used my mobile data plan from back home. Secondly, the gym doesn't seem to be ever open. I tried the door a few times, but it seems to be permanently locked. Which is a shame, because it does look good through the window. Thirdly, the kitchen is very sparsely stocked with glasses, pots, pans or really any other things you may need for cooking and self catering. Come on, it's Spain, at least provide some wine glasses. I bought what I needed from a shop, but it seems like such a petty thing, not to stock your kitchens. Anyway, none of these are deal breakers, but I feel they could be easily remedied.

First things first: The apartment complex is incredible value for money. I have stayed here before and will happily stay here again in the future. The location is perfect, being directly opposite from the Yumbo Centre, and supermarkets and the beach are within minutes walking distance. The apartments are being kept immaculately clean and are modern, bright and comfortable, with excellent showers and beds.

It’s location is perfect. About 10 min walk to beach . Very close to lots of shopping centres, pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable and quiet apartment.
