The long steep hill from the centre. The micro ants that collect in the kitchen sink and even in the fridge. Although there was no sign of them anywhere else. Low pressure warm water in shower. Though it is just about adequate.

Good price. Reasonably quiet during the night. Shop next to reception. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers.

Definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues. Food was usually always cold and all dishes pretty much tasted the same. Rooms ok need a little updating air conditioning would be a good idea.

The cockroaches were relentless, I know they are normal in hot countries but I’ve never experienced as many, they were everywhere!

Pool was disgusting...so dirty. Very disappointed kids as they weren't allowed in it cos it was so dirty . Also one proper bed was good ...but beds for kids was like a piece of wood on legs not good or comfortable

Good Location, for staying with kids ..not too loud. Size of apartment was perfect . Dated but was clean. Balcony was nice .again furniture was dated but view was good .

Our room was broken into by a large group of drunk lads, they left underwear on my daughters bed and she was extremely distressed by this, reception however were good when it was reported and it’s not the staff or resorts fault. The group did disappear the next day though! We also had no hot water at all for the whole stay, it was reported 3 times but not rectified. Due to the heat it was bearable for showering, but definitely not hygienic when wanting to wash hands after using the toilet or when wanting to wash plates etc up

I always stay here as it is a good base. The staff are helpful and the pool is great! It had the basics but that’s all I want for a self catering stay

In apartments, we didn't have soap, shampoo, or remote control for TV. We have been allocated in alley near to noisy, drunk young people. Not good place when you are going with kids

I was surprised by the lack of soap in the bath. There is also no hairdryer in the room, you can rent it for an additional fee. But it’s our fault that we didn’t book carefully. It’s not indicated in the description. There is a TV, but the remote control for it is for an additional fee.

The breakfasts were quite good. There is a free parking, subject to availability.

That 1% of staff, One of the staff members males with pink hair (didn't get his name) he had an attitude problem with customers. Myself been one of them! He was rude, aggressive & had no customer service awareness. I work it Hospitality myself & if he was one of my staff if he didnt change his ways fast he'd be gone!

No entertainment as such, noise from other rooms sometimes ( single sex groups) language around the bar not great for children, no aircon, lots of steps and hilly walk ups from bar to bar. Bar snacks poor - same every day, cold fries, hotdogs, burgers etc,

The items for self catering were minimalist - one wonky bread knife and no cutting board for example, but there was enough to manage. The location was a 25 minute walk to the main town, and uphill on the way back ,we are fit but if you're not I think there are buses ( and scooters ) or cabs.

Decent sized room and bathroom with self catering facilities ( hob, fridge , sink etc ). The reception was well run and efficient. The complex had a restaurant and pool. The pool is quite big and not overly busy. We didn't use the restaurant.

had to pay a 10 euro deposit for the TV remote and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable - hot water lasted about 3 minutes but not a huge issue as the weather was nice

No shops or restaurants nearby. The hill is an absolute killer to walk up.
