Too many furnitures cramped into too little space (about 12 sq.m), most ridiculously a useless round sofa table 1 meter in diameter!

It is very bad that there is no dishwasher, water comes to the counter and washing dishes is not hygienic at all. The sink is small and not suitable for washing dishes. There is no space for the dishes to dry. This is the only and most important deficiency of the house.

Compact studio with everything needed for our three night stay. The elevator was a great plus. The apartment is in walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel and other sights, restaurants, and shops.

Our dislikes are nits, very minimal. The pullout couch's cushions kept slipping off the couch when we sat on it. It could have been that the couch's bed was all made up with sheets and comforter when we arrived but since we didn't need it we folded it up as is. The extra bulk may have caused the cushions to slip. There is no dishwasher and the kitchen sink is TINY.

The location was superb! The building had an elevator so we didn't have to walk up the 80 steps (we counted them while walking down). The apartment was quiet, clean, and safe. We made use of the washing machine and refrigerator but not the stove top (Madrid restaurants too good to pass up). The bed was comfy, the shower was great. There was ample closet space in the bedroom and out in the living room.

Very dark apartament - no window in living room - only in bedroom. No problem in winter as we came but in summer.... I would feel very disappointed No dishwasher and very small sink ( with family tip difficult to keep clean ) Living room practically in corridor - no real living room Bathroom at the end of the apartament ( access from the bedroom )

The kitchen was well equipped, but the sink very tiny, which made it hard to wash anything bigger than a cup or small plate (I broke a glass by accident, trying to wash it).

Amazing location, not even one block from Puerta del Sol, yet very quiet. Apartment modern and well equipped, clean, easy check in via an app (common in Spain these days), comfy beds... I really cannot find a fault. Excellent price, considering the location in a major European capital.

We had a room with a view to an inner courtyard, which was very disappointing, though others rooms in the building for two persons facing the street and have balcony. We had very small windows, lack of light and comfortable armchairs, that made almost impossible to stay and relax during the day, though we rented a flat with that plan. The “ double bed” in the bedroom is comfortable only for one person, pillows could be more and/or bigger.

Nice and neat, modern, very good location in the city centre. Kitchen is well equipped, complementary coffee and tea plus sugar were provided. Easy to check in. We had free of charge transport from airport to the appartment. Communication is smooth and easy with limehome.

The kitchen sink is too small to clean even one plate and there are no sockets to plug in the coffee machine or other appliances. Other than that everything is perfect.

The studio apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 travelers. It has everything that's needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and modern place. Wonderful location. And a little balcony gives it a special sharm.
