All minor suggestions because overall, the experience was fabulous!!! Needed paper towels or napkins in kitchen. Some olive oil would have been handy. Hairdryer in master bedroom bathroom should be updated. Some hand soap (not shower gel) would be nice for each sink. Parking lot was close enough but cost 59 euros for 1 day and 18 hours (less than two full days) and so a lot more than the 15 euros per day indicated by apartment.

Spacious and modern and clean! Very convenient and easy to find. Ground floor access was a bonus. Host provided helpful info and were very responsive.

The local municipality acts like an official maffia team, we were fined for parking, because the parking is only for residents, and there is not any information on this.

Needed to close all blinds and windows when out as on the ground floor. As near town expect traffic noise all night and passers-by.

Close to surf beach and 20 minutes walk to other main beach. 2 bathrooms a bonus and kitchen had all utilities. Asked service staff for car parking swipe card (bono) to get 10€ p/d for parking Txofre. You pay for the swipe card for the amount of days required to the service staff. Handy when staying 4 days!

We were on the ground floor so we didn’t have any view. Also, we couldn’t open the windows and the ones that we could, opened to an enclosed area which made the accommodation feel stuffy.

It was very poorly equipped. If you were staying for more than a few days, then more supplies are to be expected. for example, there was no iron and ironing board (you need to dress nicely when going out at night, right!). The kitchen was poorly equipped: no sharp knife, no chopping board, no cafétierre, only one frying pan (there was a second frying pan but it was so badly scraped nonstick Teflon that it is a health hazard to use). Personally after spending so much money on the accommodation I can’t afford to eat out every meal so some supplies in the kitchen would be helpful, and is very standard in these types of rental apartments. As others have said, a few bits and pieces in the cupboards would be nice too, for example olive oil, some spices, salt and pepper, some tea, some coffee and milk in the fridge. That’s very standard for apartments and Airbnbs. Also, as others have said, it’s very noisy from the street.

The showers smell like sewer because the drain covers are gone. When we arrived one of the windows was unhinged, like a burglary attempt. We reported. It got fixed the next, but the repairman left a ladder in the living room for three days and took away towels from the kitchen. The tv remote was missing, reported, didn’t get fixed during our stay. For a 6 person apartment there were 2 wine glasses left in the kitchen when we arrived. This was solved, a lady came back with 2 lemonade and one wine glass.The low cupboard in the master bedroom had 2+ years of dust. The warm water didn’t keep its temperature stable for more than 3 minutes. Summary: no maintenance, no checks on how previous guests leave the appartment.

Unfortunately, the apartment suffers from being on the ground floor of the building. It is very noisy (street and building noise) at night. The rooms were very hot meaning we had to open windows which made the problem worse.

Great location. Easy to access. Prompt and efficient communication. Very clean and tidy and spacious enough for a family of 5. Reasonably priced for the time of year.

The host was very accommodating and responsive, the location was perfect, the restaurant and grocery store on the ground floor were very good, the beach was close, and the car parking and washing machine came in very handy. We can't wait to go back!
