Not much tbh. The slide pool was very cold. Some of the acts were pretty full on which suited older kids more than the younger ones.

Lots of entertainment for kids, plenty of sunbeds (mid September) even though their were plenty of people ready to set up shop before they were put out. Staff were great and really friendly, we had a great time.

Not about property but for organising taxis for airport etc a deposit is needed for car seats. €15 per child to receptionist. It was just a confusing scenario that wasn’t explained properly to us. You get the deposit back once the Taxi arrives.

Travelled with a 5 year old and 5 month old. Couldn’t really fault the place. Entertainment was brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed the pirate shows and discos each night. Location was ok. Nice and quiet street at night time. Straight walk down to end of street for beach. About a 10/15 min walk to busy street for bars, live music etc at night. Brilliant family holiday over all.

The food was okish, quality of food corresponding to a 3star hotel. But I would have preferred more Spanish typical dishes and drinks than British ones. Longer opening hours of the hotel pool would have been great as the pool was open from 10h to 18h, so more or less the hours when you are supposed to avoid the sun. Or maybe if some shade could be provided during these hours.

Very good entertainment especially for the kids/ families (mini disco, shows every night + activities during the day and kids club). Our daughter enjoyed very much the pool with all the waterslides and the mermaid course. She preffered the pool to the beach. The room was comfy, the big bed was appreciated as well as the powerful air conditioning.

There isn't much room around the pool area, and you have to get down really early to secure a spot. Once the show finishes in the evening, there is nothing else that happens, and everybody leaves.

The entertainment for the kids was excellent and the Pirates really made the stay enjoyable. Brilliant swimming pools.

The lifts are very annoying the room really could of done with a better clean (floors) but honestly i do feel like the staff are abit overworked or maybe lack of staff. They done an amazing job especially in the pool and dining area some people left such a state. I hope they are well paid and looked after as they are constantly non stop cleaning. the pirates on day one really pissed me off eating food off our plates and wheeling the buggy away as I was feeding the baby if this was every meal time I 100% would of left the hotel but I was one morning one incident, but try explaining to a toddler the pirate ate the last pancake and there’s none left! Last thing highly highly recommend a child safety lock on the main doors of the rooms

The whole pool and slides were amazing! Food was very nice especially the pizza oven and grill lots of fresh fruit & veg! Staff are extremely hard working I feel like they never leave! Very clean! Nice selection of drinks great value for money I would definitely return!

Entertainment finished at 9.30pm and it would have been great to have some background music at the bar for people who wanted to stay up a little later.

Our room was not cleaned for 6 out of the 8 days we stayed, not brushed once, had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll. Food was very repetitive same thing every night.

The entertainment for both kids and adults was absolutley amazing! The pool area was great for all kid ages. Jose at reception was amazing and very helpful.

the food was to monotonous, the grilled fish was nice however the red meat was often pork which I don’t consume. the veggie options were not that good. the pool got pretty dirty during the day.

Small things but certainly not enough to stop us having a great time - Air con unit was so loud we struggled to leave it on at night which got quite uncomfortable. The room was cleaned to a very basic standard, it was literally a change of towels and that was it. The night time entertainment although ok was very samey, once you had seen it once you have seen it all. The pool area was so crowded, if you weren't willing to wait around first thing you will not get a bed. Did not bother us too much though as we preferred the beach.

The food was fantastic, the staff were amazing, the hotel design was fab, local beach is lovely.

everything is convenient in relation to the children. childrens bathroom, buggy’s for use, secure front door, nobody allowed on property that isn’t a guest, fresh food available, laundry facilities etc
