* it has “paper walls”. You can hear perfectly all your neighbours even when they speak and more when they move furniture. *the apartment is located almost in front of a football stadium. It may be noisy during football games. And finding parking nearby at that moment can become a problem.

*the instructions to access the apartment were giving very clearly and on time, so you do not stress for it at last minute *located very close to everything. In bus it is very close to the city center *is a 5 floor with elevator..very convenient !! *it has a lot of natural light in the main bedroom *is pet friendly!

Poor amount of kitchen supplies. Fotos are not a like. Flar is very cold and dark.

The rooms are not exactly like in the photos we saw on Booking. The apartment building is very old. The apartment is very noisy with thin walls, the first night we couldn’t sleep because there was too much noise coming from the other apartments in the same building.

The apartment is spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean. The host is very nice. The location is ok, next to the football stadium.

It would be useful to have more sheets, towels and bathroom products available just in case. Not at walking distance from the city center but close to public transport.

The owner was very kind, quick to respond and available to welcome us. Very spacious and convenient for a group of people. The second bathroom is a big advantage. Clean and comfortable.

The fact that sometimes, maybe because it was cold outside and the electric radiators were plugged all the time, we had problems with the electrical panel, but we managed to solve it by ourselves.

I believe that small items, like a sponge and detergent in the kitchen, sugar and coffee, etc would add value to the visitor, because they are things he misses at the time of arrival. Also, a bit decoration is needed.

The price and, the big closets, many beds, can fit >7 people easily.

The wifi was not good enough to cover the whole place. Which made it so we had to work next to each other (we both had to work, different jobs, online), which wasted the excellent size and number of rooms.

There were missing couple of things at the kitchen.The next day we bought everything in the shop next door for a couple of euros, so this was not such a problem.

The location of the apartment is superb. The area is probably the best in Valencia. The apartment is very nice and clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. The grocery store and metro station are located in front of the building. We arrived one day later, because of the flight cancelation and the owner was very kind and meet us very late infront of the building and showed us around. The overall comunication was very good and smooth. I would definitely recommend and next time would love to stay at this apartment again.

5 Floor apartment, lift was out of action and fixed that day, the following day lift was broken again with no idea of when it would be fixed.We were in our 70's and to use the stairs was almost impossible and dangerous to use. We had to move to different accomodation, refund was readily given.

Perfect for match at Mestalla and that’s all. Apartment looks different in real life… photos are heavily retouched. Apartment is pretty old, noises during the night are really creepy. I would recommend staying there!

The apartment has thin walls and you can hear everything.. This didn't bother me as my kids are deep sleepers. So if you are a light sleeper take earplugs

Great location, Aragó metro 1 minute walk away. Easy to navigate. 10 trip pass for €11 and can be topped up and used for multiple people. Metro, buses are free for kids. Take metro line 5 direct from the airport to Aragó, duration is approximately 40mins. I have 2 kids, 3 and 6 year old, I took their scooters and it was the best thing, loads of play parks nearby and a very flat city. The supermarket is very close to Aragó station and has everything you'll need.

The noise here was soooooo bad!! Their was so many men staying in the apartment below and above us. Way more then what should have been in there. There were parties going on all night. People bashing on our door. People ringing our buzzers. People ringing our doorbell. As well as it being annoying, it was actually very scary. We were travelling with 3 young kids. No one slept for 3 days!! Maybe we were just unlucky. But no way would I recommend this place. Walls are paper thin.

I thought the apartment itself was very clean and spacious.
