The aircon levels are fixed. What I mean is, no matter how low you put the setting, the room temperature doesn’t go below 27°C during the day, and then at night the hotel alters it centrally, from about 01:00 to 07:00, so the temperature goes up to 30°C. They don’t tell you this, so I woke up at 4am feeling so hot on my first night. Went to reception and they said they would get their maintenance person to ‘reset the system’ in the morning. They gave us fans in the meantime. The maintenance guy did come (was in the room for less than 30 seconds) but there was no reset done, it’s just how the system works. With the fans it is fine and we were comfortable for the rest of our visit, just wished they would tell you how it works with the AC when you arrive. So, if you’re visiting in the summer (it was up to 39°C outside during the day for us), make sure you ask for some fans for your rooms at the start.

Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice neighbourhood, close to Tetuán and Cuzco metro stations. Helpful staff. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay as a base for exploring the city. Supermarket a short distance down the road open 24 hrs.

The open hours of the swimming pool could be a bit longer.

Confortable and clean apartment, we liked the view from the swimming pool. One big benefit of being outside of the city center were the quiet nights. There are also great restaurants nearby.

I booked from booking.com, and they had all financial information needed , but 1 day before my arrival, I received an email with a 2-hour deadline to pay in their website, I was lucky to see the email on time, otherwise I would have serious problems specially that i was traveling with my kids.

I needed to stay in that neighborhood, and I was not disappointed. Close to metro station, metro direct to centro. Next to all commodities. It was perfect for us.

Not really a negative but missed having a smart TV for watching family movies.

Lovely big 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom family apartment. Kitchenette with oven and everything needed to cook a meal, 24/7 Carrefour across the road. Close to Metro stations. Rooftop pool area was lovely. Beds were very comfortable.

I went on a weekend trip, and when I arrived at the hotel, my room was an oven. We arrived around 10 PM and called the reception. They sent someone to check the air conditioning, but the problem couldn't be resolved because the maintenance staff were not available. The first night was a nightmare. Fortunately, the next day they solved the problem. However, the hotel should leave the air system on if they expect guests and check the room, especially for late check-ins.

The place has a perfect location if you want to go to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium

I prepaid then asked for a €300 deposit i and my wife had to sign multiple waver forms saying if we did not put the garbage out we got fined if the kitchen w as not clean we got fined. €30 and €50 . I did not trust them so i took pictures as proof. They also informed the next day the room towels etc were only changed after the fourth fourth night stay. Very poor and unprofessional

It would be great if they consider to have laundry area inside or outside of the apartment mostly when you have long stay.

Nothing, had some problem with noise and neighbours at 11.30pm but was quickly resolved

Ideal location as we where attending a football match, it was 5 minutes walk to stadium and metro, very spacious and well designed. Staff friendly and helpful.

It can be noisy. Even though they state people have to be quiet after 22:00 the couple with a child next to me made a lot of noise when they came back around 23:00-00:00 every night. The walls are not that tick it seems. I was glad I brought earplugs. I would suggest if it is possible to spread guests around the property to avoid people sleeping in apartments next to each other.

Very new apartments, a large bed, good living room with a kitchen that had everything you need. Extremely large terrace outside which looked very nice.

Location - access to metro was near; 24hr convenience store across the road; very spacious room for a family of 4 with suitcases. Well equipped and clean.
