Had a nightmare getting in as was given wrong code and wrong apartment Luckily a lady from bar over the road helped with communication as I called owners and they spoke no word of English so if it want for the helper think I would’ve struggled to gain access Also no electric kettle the ‘pot’ for boiling hot water wasn’t the cleanest Shower door wouldn’t close Fridge was in zero and not cooling anything out it in number 1 and it freeze setting

We sent a message saying when we would arrive. When we arrived l called the manager and he said he would send me an email with the instructions on how to access the apartment. After 40 minutes and several calls, they finally managed to get me the information. Then the key to the apartment wouldn't work, so the cleaner told me she would leave her spare key for me. The air conditioning was leaking from day 1. I was told it would be fixed. Finally they said they would fix it after we left. They knew it wasn't working properly as when we first entered the apartment a man was using towels to soak up the water on the floor. The shutter in the living room/ sofa bedroom didn't work. I was told they knew about it and they had put up a blackout curtain; however it didn't block out the light.

The apartment complex itself looks old and unkept, that's true. But we didn't consider it a big problem, since the apartment is comfortable.

Instruction was a bit unclear, but we quickly found where and how to get the keys. Despite all the bad reviews, our apartment on the 1st (or 2nd, depending on what you're used to) floor was nice and clean, nothing broken.

The door was damaged. A parking space was not offered even for a fee.

Nightmare trying to get into property with online check in. Far too complicated as there was nobody there and needed Spanish to make phone call for us. Property really needs a lick of paint and a Gardener outside. Hasnt been touched in Years.

No WiFi! So no smart tv either. One hanger in the wardrobe! No instructions for the washing machine which only had letters for programs and no instructions for the combined oven.

This is a really nice apartment with lots of space both in the kitchen/lounge and bedroom. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. Plenty of storage in the bedroom and super comfy bed.. my favourite bit was the size of the balcony! As we stayed for 11 days it was great to have access to a washing machine too. Nice having access to bars and restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Outside needed a good paint garden bit unkept

Clean tidy good size apt. Pool a little unclean and not well kept. No reception and trying to get in was a nightmare. Location to Dunes beach 5 mins walk but 15-20 min walk into Denia town.

- Unable to enter the property for an hour after receiving 6 different key codes - Shower needs a deep clean or replacing - Externally, the building needs painting and the pool requires maintenance

The check in process is horrible, they require you to use an app to get the access code but this app\website doesn`t work, I had to call the owner in order to get the code which took him a good while to send and we had to wait and stand outside for half an hour

Always look for the positives we could mean all day about lots of things …but we liked everything or rather understood the situation

We arrived on a cloudy unattractive day nobody about and we thought we’ve made a big mistake but WE WERE WRONG. Denia and the apartment were great . The location though on the outskirts of the town proved to be a bonus . There was a bus service 100 metres from the apartment and 4 bars opposite. We were there for four weeks and loved every minute. Brilliant we’ll be back

Boiler had a leak. Toilet wouldn't flush. No kettle to boil water.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. On road parking was convenient. Price was good.

We arrived late at night and it was very cold in the apartment (around Christmas). There is no actual heating in the bedrooms, just air conditioning in the living room and one movable heater. When we started both, the power went out.

Big apartment (2 bedrooms and a couch) and in walking distance from the sea (in the right season).

The apartment looked like a prison cell. The TV didn't work . Pet hairs on the sofa. Couldn't get the fridge to work. No kettle.

There was chicken farm litterally 20 m from apartment door, so every day, morning also, roosters crowed relentlessly and the walls are not soundproof at all. There was problems with electricity.

As the place was very cheap and didn't have such a good reviews I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. It was very comfortable and clean . communication with the owner was easy. Good value for money .
