The only thing I would say is it is best suited for a couple with a baby or a couple with no kids. The second bed is a sofa pullout and it was very uncomfortable and misshapen - however there was a cot so for a small child it was great. Also the downstairs neighbours complained about the sound of little feet on the floors - a bit hard to do anything about that as much as we tried to be considerate!

Outstanding location- very convenient to major train station and also subways. Close to restaurants, shops, parks. Comfortable and clean room with suitable amenities for cooking food, seperate bedroom and a balcony. Staff were very nice.

Apartment not the first youth. Very thin walls and angry neighbours downstairs complained about noise when we were not noisy.

Our apartment has a bit uncomfortable arrangement: Only the living room has normal windows and natural lighting (connected to the terrace). The bedroom has a small window connected to the living room - that means you can hear every noise from the living room (further more, the whole flat has a poor soundproofing, you can hear the noises from the corridor as well) . The bathroom and the toilet can be reached through the bedroom.

-Well equiped, clean apartment with a nice terrace. -Nice and helpful staff. -Good location, near to metro stations and bus stops. Park Joan Miró, plaza Espana with shopping center Las Arenas is within walking distance, which was very practical for a family with baby/toddler.

Bedroom connects the living room and the bathroom. The bedroom is without a window, and the bathroom is without a door. Suitable for families, it is definitely not suitable for two couples.

I liked that the venue was located near to three metro stations: Tarragona, Hostafrancs, and Stans Estacio. This granted us very easy access to the tourist attractions in the city and beyond. Also, the venue's proximity to Barcelona-Sants meant that it was very easy and direct for us to get to and from the airport.

The fact that the bathroom was ensuite to the bedroom which didn't have a door on so no privacy and awkward for the person sleeping in the living room on the pull out bed - which was also really uncomfortable

This is a basic flat suitable for an unpretentious city break in BCN. The flat is easy to reach from the airport (quick or regular airport bus will drop you within 7 mins walk from flat); you can easily reach the town centre either walking (under 40 mins along Gran Via or Paralel Avenue), metro (20 mins) or bus (D20, 30ish minutes). You have lots of buses and a number of metro stations within few minutes walk. You also have several local eateries if you are back at the flat in the evening and don't fancy going back to the city centre again. The flat has a TV (which we didn't use) and air cond (which we also didn't use) and a balcony where you could have your breakfast. Communication with host is good and easy and they held our luggage after check out and until the time we left.

Tiny dingy apartment. Sofa bed was terrible. Double bed was not comfortable and it was small. This apartment would be ok for a couple only. Good thing was it was close to main metro station. Location not great

Unfortunately it was not the apartment that was advertised! We booked because we thought it has two floors and enough rooms. As soon as we entered the apartment we realized that it was defenitely not the apartment that we booked. Only one floor and one normal bed. The other bed was a sleeping sofa and it was not comfortable to sleep on. Also to acess the toilet you had to go trough the bedroom and there was no door to close it. It's really sad especially because of the price we paide we expected better! I highly recommend not to book there!!!

The address was messed up, we had to walk around for like 30 minutes. I had to keep insisting to get the address by message to can find the place where to pick up the keys. The place was not what we expected. It was looking very old. We had appliances which were also very old and not recommended for use. The apartment was for 3 to 4 people, however, there was one double bed in the bedroom and one single in the living room. To go to the bathroom, you had to go through the bedroom and it was a problem during the night as the doors were making a lot of noise. The walls were not soundproof even one bit. We could hear absolutely everything from everywhere. There was something like a sofa in the living room but it seemed to be broken, when you sat on it, it was moving to the sides. The towels provided were horible. There were cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom did not have a door, so every time we had to take a shower, we had to make sure there is no one in the bedroom. There was something like a window between the bedroom and living room which was of very poor quality and you could hear even the other person breathing. Overall, it was horrible and absolutely not worth 150£ a night.

The apartment was absolutely different in comparisson with the photos provided about the accomendation. After we shown the photos to the owner, he stated that that apartment does not exist anymore, and that the photos provided on booking are more of an “orientational” nature. The owner doesn’t speak English and he was unprofessional. The flat does not have the content provided - sofa bed, balcony and on the photos the apartment is on the 2 or 3 floor… The Apartman had mold on the walls and in comparison to photos different floor without the balcony, different toilet, different living room, no stairs for the room upstairs and no sofa bed. This was not what we paid for and not how anyone wants to spend their vacation. This was an extremely unpleasenty experience.

It was bigger than I was expecting and can sleep 4 comfortably, with one person on a comfy pull out sofa bed. The location is great for getting around and the staff were always very helpful.
