Air conditioner was not enough, need at least one more unit in the living room area, it would be much better if each room had one. Rooms didn't have television. Also providing beach towels would be nice.

Awesome apartment, very well equipped comfortable beds. Friendly staff on reception just cross the street. They stored our luggage after Check Out time. Apartment is equipped with everything you can need for the stay. I would like to stay again there!

The furnishing is pretty basic and cheap, there are a few things missing in the kitchen, lack of decoration (none), i heard the neighbours doing everything next door - especially through the bathroom. I would recommend the owners to stay and cook in here for a few days themselves to figure out what could be better first-handedly. Not finding scissors for example would put everyone in a bad mood

Good location and check-in, modern bathroom (but lacking proper shower shield - only crappy curtain which will cause water damage), clean flat, good windows, comfy beds.

- Busy street, so parking was sometimes difficult but not impossible. However, there was plenty of places where parking was free which was great.

- There’s cleaning and towel changing service everyday. - The apartment had all the utilities needed for a short stay (kitchen utensils etc). - Reception staff was friendly and helpful.

I asked for additional pillow covers due to my allergy but they were not able too. This was for me a big disappoint and that made me not to ever want to visit this apartment again

The reception desk was open up until 10pm and the apartment was clean.

the air vent system means you can hear and smell everyone in the adjoining rooms which is a bit weird

We didn’t had hot water the 1st night but the inconvenience was fix as soon as we notified them.

Only 1 ac unit in the entry. It was a little hard to keep the apartment cool in august.

AC was located in the front hallway and did not reach the bedrooms or living really at all. Toilet and shower were broken while staying there (fixed first day) and the last night the water heater broke. The staff handled it well but overall was meh.

The rooms were quite dark, no light coming into the bedroom because of its location with no windows, so pictures are much brighter than the actual flat that seems a bit more depressing. There was quite a lot of noise coming in, both in the bedroom and especially in the bathroom that seemed to be linked to a neighbouring flat by some window? The night parter/host was pleasant to meet us, positive person.

Decent location. There was a separate kitchen. Large balcony was also nice to have.

There is very little sound proofing in the property so you can hear lots of noise from the street and other apartments.

Very easy check in process. Extremely helpful and friendly staff on reception. Daily clean and towel change if required.

Not a big issue, but an Iron/ironing board would be a nice addition.

The apartment was in a perfect location! A supermarket at the corner of the block and a short walk to the main strip of restaurants and beach. Loved all the space inside the apartment and all it came with, the L-shaped balcony that wrapped the around the whole side made it great to just stand or sit outside for fresh air. The provided foldable clothing rack was much appreciated as it made it easy to dry our wet clothes in the hot air outside. Would choose to stay here again when i come back to this side of the island.

The street is noisy and you can listen to the people in the neighboring apartments.

The location is good and the host at the reception was very nice.

The lack of security. Anyone off the street can access the apartment block. Needs a security gate.
