It felt slightly out of shape but nothing that would stop me from recommending or going back. As I’m sure it is just things caused over time like little things like the shower drain was draining slow, but it was truly a wonderful place.

I loved the location and the size of the room, it was perfect for two people and good space for suitcases and things and such.

I wasn’t aware that we had to pay an additional €350 deposit on top of the total price before entering the facility. Keep this in mind before making a reservation. It seems the deposit will be refunded after the check-out process is completed. In addition to this, I can say that there is no adequate heating system inside for colder weather.

The location was great, and having a pizza place open until late right across the street was a nice touch. There are nearby brunch spots and markets, and it’s within walking distance to the metro. The bed was comfortable, and the overall vibe of the room was quite nice. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, and overall, our stay was pleasant.

It requires some refreshment. There's a big deposit required, and many housekeeping activities (like even emptying garbage bins) are expected to be done by the guests. If not done, the deposit is used. I can understand the deposit to be used to mitigate the risk of damage, but not for cleaning up the dishes and emptying garbage bins. It's not the cheapest apartment, so some basic services I would expect to be covered by the price already

It was not obvious from the description, but it is only one room (no separate bedroom).

Nice location at the small square in the middle of the narrow streets of the old town. We really enjoyed genius loci.

The only flaw is the room is really small even if nice and cleaned. Even if there are some dishes and a microwave, given the very small space, it is really difficult to cook something.

Superb location and staff. The welcome was excellent, no problem finding the place. There is always someone at the reception, if you need help there is always a member of staff. The staff is very careful to respect silence at night, and it is important because there is a lot of noise until dawn. The location is in the historic centre, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the market. The room was small but clean and tidy. The bathroom and shower were great. The window overlooked a very nice little square.

Nice apartment hotel with a good location. Good choice for travelers with children. Many pizzerias, cafes and supermarkets nearby. 10 minutes by car to downtown Barcelona.

If checking in late (after 6.30pm) do the self-check in a few days before arrival & they will leave the keys in a dropbox at the apartment and email you instructions to get in. 2nd bed was a pull out couch - bit uncomfortable, would be better as just a normal double / king bed

Location was fantastic, walkable to mostly all the main sites in Barca. Great facilities in the kitchenettes, TVs etc all there for a comfortable stay

The main thing is that it could do with a deep clean. It was cleanish but needs a good clean really, vacuum, floor clean, clean the surfaces better etc. A nicer welcome pack would be a nice touch (salt and pepper pots instead of sachets, some basics, maybe a couple of pieces of fruit or something to start the stay on a nice footing) The showers are good for one person but must run from a hot water tank as it then went cold and you had to wait for it to heat up again for a second person.

Location was fantastic, on the doorstep to lots of lovely bars and the gothic quarter, 5 minutes from the Picasso museum. It’s central, lovely part of town but the windows are well sound proofed. There were good facilities and the beds were comedy enough for a few nights. Communication with the hosts was excellent

We arrived around 9pm and therefore we had to pick up our keys from different location which was inconvenient. There was no storage space in the bathroom to store our personal items apart from the very narrow shelf which was tilted so items constantly were falling off of it.

Good location, lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. Place is modern and kitchenette was well equipped. Staff was very friendly.

Booked a room for 3 and the sofa bed was terrible. I’ve had better sofa beds in other apartments. It was so soft and just sinks in the middle. The pillows were too thin and soft, as tho there was not enough fluff inside.

The location is good. Walking distance to most of the attractions, including La Sagrada familia. The kitchenette was well equipped and the fridge was huge. Should include a washing machine

Could be a little noisy in the early evening when the buskers perform in the square but shutting the windows solves the problem.

The apartment faced on to a busy square and so there was quite a lot of noise during the weekend. The walls are very thin as well and I could easily hear people in the room next to me. Also, the wifi was very weak and I was unable to work without issues.

The bed was comfy and there was no issue with the bathroom facilities. The location in El Born is great, next to many coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the check in/check out process was smooth.
