You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIt has everything you need for a short stay in the center of Jerez. Everything works well and is in great condition. Well equipped kitchen, very good bathroom, plenty of towels and bedding, super clean. Very attentive and helpful check-in process.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the City with Restaurants Shops & Bars. The Apartment was exactly like the photos. Clean comfortable & lots of storage. Luisa our Contact was Marvellous, she came straight back when we had a query & nothing was too much trouble for her, a 10 out of 10 for Customer Service. We will definitely book this Apartment if we go to Jerez again. Thank you Luisa.

United StatesNot much to not like. I guess if I had to say anything it would be that visitors to Jerez should definitely brush up on their Spanish as not a lot of locals speak English here. But that's on me - next time I'll speak the language better.
Alberto came to meet me near the location when I arrived which was very much appreciated after my 18 hour journey. He showed me around the property, gave me the keys and I was all set. I loved the simplicity of the place - functional, modern, clean, no unnecessary clutter, just how I like it. When I had a question, Alberto responded immediately. The location was incredible, everything I could have wished for and even better as there were no noisy cars or trains around, it was a mainly pedestrian area.

PortugalTERRIBLE ROOM PREPARATION AND CLEANING SERVICE. I booked the Third Floor B apartment, but I had to stay in First Floor B. When we entered the apartment for the first time, we found the following: 1- A cotton swab used in the bathroom sink drawer; 2 - the crockery leg of the bedside table lamp was broken (but with the broken part hidden, so that my wife, when picking up the lamp for the first time, cut her hand; 3 - No toilet paper or any other type of toilet paper in the bathroom; 4 - WC extractor as a filter filled with a type and amount of dirt that is supposed to have accumulated for a long time of use, without any cleaning; 5 - General condition of the floor and surfaces without large or easily visible dirt, but without a "clean" smell; We reported the situation to XPTO (the only person who always communicated with us about the stay). The next day, only toilet paper was added, and nothing else was done. Two days later, when we moved the side table to the television in the living room, we noticed that there was, behind the same food (1 large whole biscuit), a fact that we reported again to XPTO, but nothing was done. We were always able to talk to XPTO, who was always available to support us with tourist questions and the process of entering and leaving the apartment. He explained to us that the preparation and cleaning service is the responsibility of a company. I also didn't like the fact that I booked the Third Floor B apartment, but AlloPlatero Apartamentos booked me the First Floor B, where I had to end up staying. XPTO explained to me that it was a booking mistake, having proven to me with a document, this booking failure.
Being a renovated, spacious and modern apartment, with all the most necessary amenities on vacation. Despite being right next to two bars, the soundproofing of the apartment is excellent and cancels out the noise.
