There was construction working going on and al dusty and mud was in balcony and we couldn’t even seat outside as it was very duty and we had to clean it everyday.

Property was extremely clean and nice. Location of the property was very close to bus stops, beach and other attractions.

The end of the holiday.

This apartment is ideal for a couple or small family. It is very well equipped, all you possibly need you will find: beach towels, kitchen utensiles, etc etc. We found it very clean. It ha a lovely terrace overlooking the communal pool. The place was quiet being early February, still the wethare was good and we swam in the swiming pool ! Beach is less than 10 mins walk, the centre of the village about 20 mins, taxi stand right outside your door and buses as well. Supermarket bar and restaurant are minutes walk. A good size iper dino is withing 1 minute walk and a larger Spar at about 15 mins.

Could find no faults with this lovely apartment

Quiet, well equipped apartment, very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent and also quiet. The apartment had a lovely terrace that overlooked the pool and it was also a sun trap for lounging. Comfortable beds, we had no problem sleeping. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and only a shortish walk into the main areas of Costa Teguise. Choice of beaches close to apartment. On street parking was no problem. Our host was kind to allow a late check out.

Excellent quiet location, a 15 minute walk into the town centre, but also good restaurants and supermarkets very close by. Very comfortable and clean accommodation with everything you need. Great communication with owner. No issues at all. Would not hesitate to book again 🙂

There was literally nothing we could fault.

Beautiful apartment with a large balcony. Spotless with everything you could need, including a washing machine. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The apartment is in a great location for everything. Lovely big pool onsite which was very quiet when we were there. The pool and grounds are so well kept. Perfect. Couldn't fault anything. We didn't want to leave! Communication was excellent and they even let us stay later on our departure day which made it so much better. Fabulous 🤩.

Wow we loved the beautiful apartment for our 4 night stay! It is clean and modern with everything you need for a homely stay. The highlight was the spacious terrace with views of the stunning pool. It was surprisingly quiet so we literally had the whole pool to ourselves, which is quite big. The location was great, lots of free parking in front and short drive to Lanzarote airport 15mins away. Our fave beach was Playa del Jablillo 15mins walk - turquoise calm waters which are perfect for snorkelling with lots of small fish to see. Good WIFI as we used it for some work. A set of bath and beach towels were provided, which was helpful. Fully equipped kitchen and a large fridge. The host was very friendly and responsive. Easy self check-in, highly recommend!

Nothing all perfect

The apartment exceed our expectations, it was perfect and super clean [although I found a cucaracha on my arrival but that was from outside and very funny, don't worry!!!]. Waking up with that pool view every day was so therapeutic and relaxing. We were pretty much every day around the island, although we got the chance to eat out of the terrace some tapas and it was amazing. They leave your keys in a lock box at the entrance and it is very easy to find the location and doing the check in. The location is Costa Teguise, which lives of international tourism (no locals at all); restaurants and supermarket at a walk distance.

The washer was a little difficult to work, maybe some written instructions at the apartment could be helpful for future visitors.

Fantastic communication, no question was to much. This was very much appreciated as I had booked this apartment for my elderly inlaws. Easy access and a lovely clean apartment. Although I had not realized it was up a flight of stars, they thankfully managed them well. Thank you for their beautiful stay. This is our favorite complex to visit in Lanzarote as it is such a peaceful place.

We really couldn't think of anything we didn't like. However, if guests were looking for more life and noise then this isn't the place to come. We loved it!!

The location was quiet and safe. The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable, everything we needed was provided. We liked the walk down to the front and there were some super restaurants nearby which we used.

The Apartment was perfect, Very clean, lovely and spacious. The complex itself was spotless and meticulously maintained. Balcony was fantastic with a great view of the pool. Got nice and hot in the afternoon sun :) About 10/15 min walk to main centre but really enjoyed the walk each evening which takes you along the sea front. Brilliant communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Would be good if the owner invest in wooden tools to cook on the teflon pans, other way she will have to buy soon new pans or sousepan 🤭

On the picture which shows a tree in front of the terrace it definitely needs cuttings back there is no sunshine on the terrace whatsoever.

The location of the apartment is a short walk away from Costa taguise town centre 15 to 25 minutes depending on which route you take and the apartment has everything you need for a self catering vacation there are bars and restaurants and a supermarket within a 5 minute walk of the apartment

After a long day travelling, it would have been great if there was even a bottle if water. Usually there is some sort of welcome pack but even the water would have been good. I found having only 1 set of towels for 12 days was not acceptable. Had there even been 2 sets, I could have at least washed 1 set and had something else to use, but couldn't even do that as there were no spares. The only other issue is unfortunately nothing thats down to the owner. In the pictures there is a fantastic view of the pool area, thats partly why we booked it. However the tree in front is now so full that it shades the balcony and hides the majority of the view.

Loved the comfort and spaciousness of the apartment, the location is good and everything is there for you. All dealings with owner were quick and efficient.
