The noise, I get that places might get a bit noisy but this was really bad, screaming adults and children throughout the night banging of interior doors which resonated inside the apartment dragging of chairs on the balcony. I think for the money you could do better, it used to be priced accordingly but now I feel it's over priced. Especially as there's no reception now and the cleanliness is substandard. Could be much cleaner, the floor isn't mopped properly our socks were black on just the first morning, the toilet hadn't been properly cleaned there was urine at the back of the seat of the Tiolet and was very smelly. No manned reception so everything is done via phone calls or texts.

The location is great, close to restaurants, beach and bars The apartments was ok, we've stayed in previous years and it was a lot better then. We had very noisy neighbours a few nights we did complain and they spoke to the residents which did help a little. This apartment block has residents as well as holiday makers. It was fairly clean our kettle was faulty though it wasn't replaced. The floors are dirty (not mopped properly) The balcony is pleasant and spacious but loses the sun at lunchtime.

No sharp knives, scissors in the apartment which would have been a bonus. The property is a bit dated so don’t expect five stars but I read the reviews and took my chances

The shower stayed hot for approximately 4 minutes. Ok for a man but a lady needing to wash her hair it wasnt sufficient time. Had to shower then wait for water to warm up to wash hair. Then my partner would have to wait to shower also. We didn't like the kitchen. It was very poorly equipped. No oven and no sharp knife except bread knife. Not easy to do much cooking when we planned to self cater. There was no hair dryer. There was no aircon. There was no WiFi. You'd expect these for what we paid.

Bed was two singles, which moved apart. Beds were uncomfortable. Wi-Fi (extremely slow) was €35 per week. Provision of safe €35 per week. Reception staff very rarely available.

While the apartment is nice & confortable the kitchen equipment is a bit short, i.e. forks, spoons, knifes just for 3 people max. Another problem was that it was impossible to use toaster & coffee machine in the kitchen because the plugs of the machines are NOT compatible with the unique electricity socket in the kitchen. Please see the pictures. It looks like that this socket is an old spanish standard which does NOT comply with the EU standardized plugs.

The apartment is nice. Perfectly suitable for 2 people. The distance to the beach (Playa del Inglês) is just a few minutes walking distance. Another few minutes walk and you reach shopping centers, restaurants, bars, discos etc. The staff member Macarena is worth to mention, very friendly and helpful!

I brought a sponge and some washing liquid because what is provided wasn’t useful at all. Also wish the frying pan was newer as food would stick to it really badly. I wish they would wash the blankets and not just replace the sheets. It was so off putting to see all the stains on the blanket itself. I also wish they would do room service but they just leave you with fresh sheets, bin liners and toilet paper. I don’t want to mop and scrub when I’m on vacation but I was left with no choice but to as 2 weeks in the apartment definitely asked for a good clean throughout our stay! The hot water also finishes after 5 minutes - shower water pressure was poor too! Definitely needed a better shower - it was such a chore to shower!

Apartments are an excellent size. The kitchen was equipped and came with all things that were necessary. The couches and beds were so comfortable. I loved the view as we stayed on the 7th floor. The pool was nice and the staff were friendly! Felt right at home. Was able to pay for internet which wasn’t too bad either.

We loved the apartment and our stay but I have to mention the points we found to let it down. One side of our sofa arm was broken. No sharp knife to chop or veg peeler. We bought these cheap at a Chinese shop 5 mins walk away. The cleaners only came 3 times in 2 weeks I think this was because we had our own washing machine so we did take care of everything even thought they were suppose to come every 2 days. Reception is supposed to be open mon-fri 10 till 2 but someone was hardly there.

Great location. Nice apartment. Big fridge/freezer. New large size tv. Fantastic air con. Baby cot was large and very comfortable. Clean grounds and pool. Supermarkets, cafes, bars etc very close. Beach front 5 mins away. Stairs down to beach or lift.

One window was broken, we had to hold it open with a piece of sting. Very noisy if you slept in the back bedroom from other hotels playing music till the early hours.

Great location for food and the beach. Loved having the top floor with sun and sea view.

Didn’t have air conditioning, did know this at point of booking but it was hot and this would have been a nice addition.

Apartment was small but with good facilities. Lovely balcony, pool was nice.

Lack of communication maybe, one day during the week the cleaning staff came into the apartment without any previous communication. Everything was alright they changed the towels and they provide us with some more bin bags but we consider that they should let the people know in advance.

The apartment was clean and tidy, well presented. The location was perfect just 4 minutes walking from the beach. The area was quiet during the night and the surrounding area was nice.

Minor things such as TV didn’t work, toaster didn’t work, limited to hot water - with 2 showering straight after each other 1 of us was always ending up with a cold shower. Overall hygiene, found to a acceptable standard though there is room for improvement.

Location, 5 minute walk to the beach and less than 15 minute walk to the Yumbo centre. Great pool and lounging area. Host handled all reception enquiries through WhatsApp and was prompt at responding, even booked us the return taxi to the airport.
