Didn’t like that the apartment was not the one illustrated on Booking.com website. This could be described as false representation. On this occasion the apartment exceeded our expectations, this has not always been the case with Booking.com.

Location of the property, style of the property, everything you could possibly need was available. The agent was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Toledo with secure parking in a locked garage just opposite. Lovely and clean, incredibly comfy bed & an absolutely fantastic & helpful host Isa. Will be back next year, could recommend more.

The location is excellent, as it is just a few minutes away from the main square. I also used the parking which is very near. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities. The host Isa, was very helpful and always attended my messages promptly.

Perfect stopover en-route to Marbella, couldn’t have asked for more. Location to centre was great Hosts were very helpful, check in was easy and garage parking was a massive bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Everything was lovely but the picture shown on booking.com was not the photo of the place we had. That said, the apartment was very good.

Cosy and stylish apartment in few steps from central square of the old town of Toledo. There were all necessary: coffee and tea, kitchen appliances, free toiletries. We enjoyed staying there.

How convenient its location is, few steps from Zocodover square. The parking arrangement made all the difference especially because it was raining on our stay.

The only slight improvement could be to the WiFi, which works well when you stand next to the router but not well in the bedroom. Or perhaps it was due to the unusually cool, rainy conditions! We arrived on foot, which meant a bit of a struggle up and down the steep street, but if you’re arriving by car, it’s simple. Isa offers a car park just across the road from the apartment.

We stayed in Cervantes 8. An absolutely perfect location about three minutes walk down from Toledo’s historic main square, Zocodover. The apartment is tastefully furnished, is roomy and light. It has a modern kitchen which is very well equipped, and includes a big fridge and freezer, a Nespresso machine and capsules. The bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge were a nice touch. The bathroom is also very nice and features a high tech shower. Lovely wooden floors in the lounge, bedroom and hallway. There is even a little balcony off the bedroom on which you could enjoy a coffee on warmer days. There’s a view over the river from the lounge and kitchen. Although the apartment is very close to the centre of town, it is quiet overnight. Isa, who manages the property, was a joy to deal with. She was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Getting into the apartment was very easy, thanks to the detailed instructions and videos she sent us in advance as we arrived late. If you’re coming to Toledo, plan at least two nights to see all this historic and beautiful town has to offer. We highly recommend this apartment. We’ll be back!

The location is great, half-way between the train station and touristic downtown. It took us some time to find the place at first, but getting there is actually very easy (unless you have a lot of luggage). On the way from the station cross the pedestrian bridge and go straight into the passage in the city wall. Walk up the passage and then the street for ~200meters towards the lower end of C. de Cervantes. You will need to contact the host to receive the keys. The apartment itself fits the description. It is clean, well lit, all appliances work. The host is nice and responds quickly, although we only needed to reach out to her once to extend our stay for a day.

The option of smaller and softer pillows would be beneficial.

The views from the apartment were incredible and had us in awe. The apartment was about 3 mins walk to the centre of the old town. The host Isa met us with enthusiasm and was full of great tips and knowledge on the town. Isa was available at all hours and responded immediately to our queries. As the washing machine in the apartment did not work, they provided free access to the laundromat across the road for free, which came in very handy. We would return without hesitation.
