The beds were very soft which is not our preference but others will enjoy that very much so this is just a personal thing.

Very friendly host, super helpful. Very relaxed environment and you genuinely feel welcomed when you arrive. They answer any and all questions for you. There is some parking but it depends on availability. We were lucky and got to use it which was fantastic. There is paid parking around the corner as well if you are unlucky but again, walking distance so not a hassle. It is 2 minutes from the beach! You can literally see the beach from the balcony, so convenient. Despite being right in the bustle, the noise level was not a disturbance at all.

Slight problem was the 10 min uphill walk to the yumbo centre. But otherwise fantastic value for money

2min walk to the beach and restaurants, the heated pool was nice with plenty of sun loungers. Also a massive sun terrace on the roof with more sun loungers.

There’s nothing I disliked.

Location wise, the hotel is superb. You can easily access the Playa and it’s a short walk to the Yumbo centre.

Nothing it was all good. There was building works going on across the road but out with our control as it wasn’t related to our apartment.

Near the sea, staff where very helpful. Room was clean and tidy, cleaners where good, room was always immaculate . Great customer service from all staff we interacted with.

Very welcoming, helpfull and friendly reception staff from start to finish , good room facilities and was spotlessl. lovely daily housekeeping staff clean towels every day, we could not have asked for better. The location is fantastic, especially for beach lovers. We booked an apartment for next year when we checked out which was a first for me. . Definitely recommend

you can always pick fault if you try,but we were completely happy with our lot.

apartments were only 200mts from main beach ,50 mts from great supermarket,had lovely roof solarium,everything was spotless.We requested a high floor apartment,but cancelled request ,when informed their would be a supplement, on arrival were delighted to find that a high floor apartment was available and had been given to us free of charge.Staff on reception were so helpful.We will look forward to returning in the future.

Everything. This is our 3rd time and will be back. Without a doubt. Dan is so wonderfull so helpfull as well as the other guys sorry not sure of there names. But all is brilliant. We had a fantastic holiday yet again. Thankyou.

Great location, if you want summer "flat" for family virtually on the beach. Not exactly hotel, but reall equiped kitchen and 2 bedrooms makes it Ideal with kids, especcialy when you want to cook. Best value for your money.

Slightly dated dark kitchen but spotlessly clean with good appliances.

Very good location close to bars and restaurants. Swimming pool good with plenty of sun loungers. Staff very friendly. No air con but good fan in bedroom to keep you cool.

Fantastic apartment in a primo location. A stones throw away from the beach and dunes and directly across the road from a well stocked supermarket with a great bakery. Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop sunbathing terrace and good pool. We would definitely return if we are ever back in Gran Canaria. We had a lovely stay ❤

There was some noise at night. From outside, to be expected so close to beach and bars. Also from other residents at times. It wasn't a big issue.

The apartment was exactly as we hoped. The location, just a few minutes from the beach and across the road from a supermarket was perfect. Everything looked clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful.

A little noisy early in the morning, due to children running in the corridor. There was only one plug socket in the kitchen, so you couldn't use the kettle and microwave at the same time.

Friendly reception staff. We were allowed to use the pool and parking all day, even though we had checked out. Perfect location, very close to the beach. Clean and decent size. Excellent value for money.

the swimming pool don't get much sun, but the solarium was lovely for sunbathing.
