The hotel don't make any effort to get people their room before 3pm. So it's a downside when travelling with kids . Plus one the reception staff didn't really know what he was doing during check in . Which is a shame cause all the other staff on reception where brilliant . The quality of the food in the restaurant isn't worth the price of upgrading too .

The room was very modern and clean . The hotel has lots facilities for children . The cleaner who looked after our room during our stay was fantastic and very friendly with our child .

Stayed here just one night after having to check out of our villa due to several issues. We didn't use all the facilities, however the staff are fantastic, the pools looked very clean, our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable and grounds well maintained.

The que for the bar in the dome was very long with only two staff so turned us off going for the entertainment in the evenings.

The room was absolutely amazing, so comfortable, spacious and modern, kids loved the TV with YouTube and Netflix, great for when they wanted a break from the pool and sun. Reception staff, cleaners, first aid and snack bar staff were all very nice and very helpful. We will definitely be back, the property had everything you could need and so much more!

WiFi wasn't stable and dropped easily whilst streaming. TV cable channels dropped 3 days into trip and never came back again. No TV in bedroom, only main living area. Beds in couch in living area were not comfortable. Wouldn't be able for good sleep for more than a week. No kitchen soap or scrubbers provided for the cups and plates etc.

The pools were great. Nice size for each section. Opening time of section pools were not strict and there was enough pool loungers for everyone who wanted one. Main pool was lovely for a change of scenery and was slightly deeper. Baby pools were well placed and well shaded. Meals were fresh and plentiful. Times for meals were also well suited to young families. Taxis were readily ordered from reception and usually at the door within 5 minutes. Dining in the town had plenty of variety. Towels changed every day. Bed sheets only changed once a week. Air-conditioning in room was good. Crepes van was a nice surprise!

The property needs some maintenance as in painting and some of the pools need patching up.Probably due a refurbishment but it did not affect our 4th stay here. We are more than happy to return

Location, it's a good 20 minute walk to restaurants if eating offsite. To get a drink or food from the pool bar you're looking at a a 10 to 20 minute queue - should be a separate queue for drinks.

Far from beach for those who haven’t got private car, but buses are available.

Good place for families. The slides are amazing and the diversity of swimming pools is a plus.

Rooms are little dated and need some updating bathroom and kitchen areas especially. Our sofa bed was broken at the side but didn’t effect use. The big pool with the slides into it was too deep for our kids at 1.5m deep throughout unfortunately.

The pools and facilities are great for families and kids. Selection of pools and splash park area is great.

I had other family members staying in the premier accommodation which was well below the Deluxe standard. Ants were a bit of a problem but on the plus side there were no cockroaches. The on site supermarket was adequate for basics but that's all.

The pool facilities were excellent and the overall ambiance of the complex was peaceful and safe.

We were not happy with our original room and so paid to upgrade to another. There were many bugs and it was very outdated. The toaster didn't work. The pool was freezing in July, also the snack bar food was not great. The supermarket is very small and basic.

The complex was nice overall, the kids splash area was fantastic.staff were very nice and responsive to any issues.

The resort was quite spaced out and needed a little bit of maintenance work in a couple of areas

The hotel grounds are very, very large which makes it difficult when the main road and reception/half of the rooms are so far apart - having some extra gates closer to where people walk from the beach/shops would’ve been helpful. Walking to the nearest bus stop takes 15-20 minutes - while we didn’t mind all the walking, it can become strenuous overtime in the heat. Although there is a complimentary bus service to the beach 4 times a day, the schedule was awkward. The kitchen lacked dish washing supplies like soap and sponge.

The hotel grounds were really well kept - all the plants were not only gorgeous but looked after with care. The room we had was basic, but perfect for a couple days with limited cooking facilities. The 16 swimming pools were a nice surprise and always clean with plenty of chairs to pick from. Surprisingly, we were happier with a garden view over a pool view as it was substantially quieter. The staff were attentive and helped us with any requests or questions - we really appreciated their patience after all our trips to reception.

The only suggestion I can make would be to have some kind of shade on the terrace - it can get quite hot and there is no escape from the sun. Even a table with a parasol would be nice, Otherwise no complaints :)

The complex is beautifully laid out, with lots of green space and plenty of meandering pathways to stroll along. I enjoyed ambling around and visiting the Cactus Garden, tucked away in a quiet corner of the complex. The pool areas are very pleasant and were not too crowded when we visited (Easter 2024). The pool bar is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink or snack. The staff are great, friendly and efficient. The complex is spotlessly clean, with staff constantly tidying up. And speaking of staff, every single person we met was friendly and greeted us. They made us feel truly welcome. The accommodation (1 bed pool view apartment) was great. The apartment was what you expect from a 1 bed holiday apartment and every one of our party of 3 was comfortable for the 10 days we stayed, We were missing a toaster and reception had brand new one delivered in minutes, The location of the complex is roughly a 10 minute easy walk to the town of Playa Blanca - there is a back gate into the complex and this is the quickest way to get to town (key available for €10 deposit at reception). Playa Blanca is a nice laid back town with mostly restaurants, along the front, and shops behind. There is also a port where you can get the ferry to nearly Fuerteventura (a lovely day trip, recommended). The staff everywhere are very nice and accommodating, extending that feeling of welcome. Busses are readily available should you wish to visit other towns on the island- and an this point I'd like to give a shout out to the cafe inside the bus station who serve the best coffee (Americano) in town (and the cheapest!). I took a 1/2 day South Island bus tour to visit the Timanfaya National Park (Volcano and Camel Ride) and I'd really recommend taking a tour rather than going in your own car- the queue for private cars to get it was horrifying!! The tour busses get to skip this queue :)

The gym equipment could do with an upgrade but overall the hotel was lovely and great for families.

Well laid out; spacious, clean. Staff courteous and friendly. The hotel was doing well to be environmentally friendly; all apartment blocks had recycling areas.

Had really great stay at this resort, and we will definitely be back. Receptionist was super kind to us and we felt welcome. Good food and options in their buffet restaurant, free drinks with loads of alcohol, game room was fun!

Cons: Food very low quality, and largely unhealthy (fried foods, processed cheese), unsuitable for vegetarians No barista coffee available anywhere in the resort. Also UHT milk used. Gym opens at 10am Pools open 10am till 6pm 20+ minute walk into town (nowhere to eat any closer)

The room could have been better cleaned, particularly the bathroom (but as said, it was peak time).

I stayed there during the Easter holidays so it was busy, however it was still very pleasant, enough space at the pools and restaurant (a couple of times waited a few minutes to be seated). Food (we only have breakfast) was good, you could find everything you would expect in a buffet.

Buffet restaurant is not big enough to cater for the number of guests and I went out of season I can’t imagine what it would be like in peak season. Night time entertainment was shocking.

Beautiful hotel with so many pools to choose from, kept immaculately clean by the hard working staff that can’t do enough to help.
