Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainIt was fine. We were hoping to find a vending machinne in the area but we found one near by as there were no restaurants open at the late time we got there.
The room had two floors. There was a kitchen available and a big bathroom for our use. The price was very good.

CanadaTemporary lack of hot water due to some maintenance in the building. Happens. It is regular apartment building so some usual pipes or people noises from time to time but not tragic. Do not expect window views but in Seville you are not lingering at the hotel anyway.
Not bad location. Room size. Easy check in with real people at reception desk .Cleanless. Good beds. Designated space in the street at the front to park for few minutes and unload your luggage before leaving your car at one of couple expensive garages in the the area.

United KingdomThe only thing that I didn't like was that the shower screen had no seal so the floor got really wet. The water pressure was amazing though so it's a minor thing.
Great location, in reach of everything in Triana. Really friendly staff and I was able to leave my suitcase after check out as I was flying late. It's old fashioned but comfortable and it had everything I needed in the room. Bed was comfortable and I would definitely rebook. Great value for money.

AlbaniaA very pleasent experience. The staff was very nice the rooms were very large . Bathrooms where huge and clean in every detail. The location was at a very good position compared tk other hotels. There was a supermarket close where you could get anything there. All the sweet spots were 10 minutes away in foot. Would go there again if visiting Seville

The room had a private bathroom, a small kitchen area and a large bedroom. I found the cleaniness exceptionally good, the only bad thing was that I found a living cockroach on the floor just before checkout. I think this is just a small mistake because apart from this, everything was really clean.

Czech RepublicI would add some towels to the kitchen (if it´s there). It wasn´t possible to open the slats and/or the curtains for two reasons: there was a house opposite the hotel, and it would probably be too hot in the room (no controllable air conditioning in the room).
The hotel looks a bit outdated, but my room was big enough, with everything I needed. It was a room for two, it had a couch, a small kitchen (partly equipped), and a big bathroom. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The wi-fi worked okay. The hotel is located ca. 15 minutes by walk from the cathedral. Mercadona right next to the hotel. Totally okay for a business trip, like in my case, when you need to be in the room just in the morning and then in the evening.

The hotel is situated very conveniently, quite close to the historic part of Seville as well as to the colourful Triana district. And the walk across the bridge is so nice.The supermarket is just next to the building. There are bars and restaurants nearby, too.
