Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWhile the location was perfect to walk to Gothic quarter and Bouqueria market, because it is such a busy street, it was hard to find taxis and the street tends to close down randomly which made it a nightmare for us to find a taxi to the train station.

PakistanStaff is very poor we stay 2 nights on checkout day one of staff person knocking the door and calling a phone at 10 AM even checkout time is 11 AM. And on 10:30 he is enter our appartment without inform us with his master key. We surprised why he enter in appartment although there is half hour remaining for checkout.Privacy is matter too much for all people and we belive this is very worng step he done in appartment when stay everyone has CASH or Passport if missing anything then who is responsible . I am still surprised why he enter in appartment without informing us does he take this step for Just timely checkout if it is then i recomnend to everyone please do not stay in this Appartment.

NetherlandsIt is a bit noisy outside, and you can somewhat feel the metro pass by once every few minutes. It wasn't at all a problem for us, but light sleepers might get irritated by this. Also the Ramblas is somewhat seedy after dark, but it seems safe enough there.
The Aparthotel is situated at the most convenient place imaginable in Barcelona: more or less halfway the Ramblas directly opposite La Boqueria, 50 meters away of a metro station. The studio was clean with good beds, ok furniture and a good shower, with an elevator and near shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

AustraliaDespite being listed as having a washing machine, many apartments do not and you need to look very carefully at the room before booking. Having said that, the staff volunteered.to do our laundry for us and this is only one example of the good service we got from the reception. I can't speak as to whether they're overpriced, but at the least they don't represent a bargain. Nonetheless, Barcelona and especially La Ramblas is very expensive.
These well equipped apartments are in a perfect location on La Ramblas and right near a metro station as well. They're not as noisy as you would think and have a nicely equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and living room. Reception was very helpful in many ways.

United KingdomWe didn’t get a room looking over La Rambla, would have been better although possibly noisy. The whole place shook and rumbled with every metro train! Needed a few tweaks, our bedroom door was also very noisy and the kitchen could have been better equipped.
Great location. Near metro also well placed for walking to most top attractions. Easy to find. Very clean. Reception staff were lovely.

United StatesDid not expect 24/7 street noise - businesses were closed but lots of individual traffic - crowded, bedlam! Windows were able to open and when closed did help with the street noise.
View was of the very busy street in front; we were familiar with the area, knew that when booking. (Took a high floor) Able to open windows/Juliet balcony. The great food market was across the way, Lots of places to walk to down the ‘alleys’, Plac Real a stroll away. Though touristy a fun active place.
