Nothing. Valuable for the money

The pool is great. A lot of food variety. Location is perfect 5-10 mins walk to the beaches. There are also good connections with Palma. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very pleasant - cleaning ladies + the guys that work on the pool and at the bar also.

The food was a very big disappointment: Buffets with a lot of weird options as well, but taste, freshness and quality was really not good. I always left most of my choices untouched and went for something else. But it didn't get better :(

Very good and friendly personell and service. The bar and drinks (on all inclusive) were nice! Rooms are quite nice as well, albeit simple. Very good condition and cleanliness. It was rather quiet (middle of May), and thankfully there's no entertainment, no music or disco 👍

Check-in was probably longer than we'd have hoped (approx 90 mins) but that was to process 17 people so no biggie. Meal time slots were about 30 mins shorter than I'd experienced at other AI hotels - evening dinner finished at 8:30pm. This may have been down to the hotel running on less staff. Drinks service was just one bar man (a really nice guy by the way) so sometimes it was a tad slow. Breakfast was fine I suppose; standard stuff (beans, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, cold meats and cheeses), but I didn't see a porridge option. Also, it felt liken the scrambled eggs were always made in too large a batch so they went a bit hard under the warming lights. One coffee machine probably wasn't enough for when it got busy.

Booked as a group of 17 on a 4-day cycling trip. It fitted the bill as an all-inclusive hotel that had options for singles and doubles/twins for people to share. Worked out at £55ea per night sharing a room for the stay. Easy to find on the edge of Peguera and close to the smaller of the resort's two beaches, and also a very short walk to shops and bars. Not a huge hotel so easy to navigate; rooms were plenty big enough with a decent balcony, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was more than ample. Hot water always available. Never used the pool but the outside area looked very clean and well maintained The reception had a dedicated backroom for us to store cycles in (they didn't grumble much about us taking them to the rooms although we were advised to leave them in the locked room)

We had an amazing experience during our one-week stay at the hotel Oberoy, in Peguera, Mallorca. The location was perfect, close to the sea /5 minutes walk distance/. It was so convenient to have everything within reach /beach, store, promenade, restaurants, bars, rent a scooter or car/. The room was comfortable, with balcony and view on a swimming pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The value for money was excellent, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and buffet dinner each day. I recommend hotel Oberoy (adults only) for anyone visiting Mallorca!

The swimming pool close at six o clock

Everything was perfect! The beach only 2 minutes away..very near to the central market ,too. The breakfast and dinner so tasty and plenty ..huge room with balcony

Food could be more tasty and more diverse. Very few options of meat and fish dishes and they were not tasty. No fresh-pressed juices. Poor entertainment programme.

Nice area not far from the beach and town centre, calm atmosphere, friendly and helpful personnel. Fresh fruits for breakfast and dinner.

Bearing in mind that the staff in the front desk were lovely ......the lifeguard was not... We had an unfortunate incident with the pool life guard who got upset about my husband moving his sun bed five inches away from a wall and it made us not want to return to the pool, which was sad, as we had chosen the hotel mainly because of the nice pool. He then went and talked to a girl for 20 mins with his back to the pool. Within reason you can usually shuffle a sunbed about a bit. We reported the upset but no one came to see us about it. The manager has apologised following a review on Google and so we would return. Had it not been for him the score would be 8. The other negative is that it was a little expensive. Maybe 10% too expensive at this time of year compared to other places we have stayed.

The staff on the front desk were friendly and professional ..the young man who greeted us in the early hours was very nice and chatted to me in Spanish when I asked him to......and Jefe and the lovely lady receptionist....I am learning Spanish and they let me practice on them too. Thank you for that Breakfast and evening meal were good...chefs smiling and interested in what they had served and whether people were enjoying it. Also you didn't have someone accosting you on entry which is nice. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Good base for catching a cheap bus to visit other places too such as Port Anthratx and Santa Ponsa. You can also get a public bus to the airport which is good to know.

wifi not working in the bedrooms. all inclusive and even paying for drinks finished too early at 11pm

the staff were very helpful and attentive. the rooms were clean and had all amenities needed. i really liked the food/ so much choice of fish and freshly cooked meat.

Our room smelt of drains really badly, the staff weren’t very friendly and the food wasn’t good at all (we ate out 2 of 3 nights).

The food was appalling. The hotel was very boring. No music around the pool, no waiter service, very very basic.

Not too much really. It was very dated with quite basic facilities. Housekeeping was fine.

The quality that the hotel “have” do not match the reality, quality - price rate is not good. Breakfast was not that good and the milk was expired
