Perfect staff was very helpful in advising what to do, location was absolutely brilliant, lots of restraunts and coffee shops were feet away. The room was great , the bathroom was brilliant clean, and everything was better than I thought. Hotel facilities were great hairdryer ironing board all provided. Rooftop, wow, how lovely was that just to chill for a few hours with a drink in your hand to then start the evening off out again. Small hotel but even had a gym!

The rooms could have been just a little quieter, as the noise from revelers filters into the room, especially late at night. However, for us, the positive sides of the hotel more than compensate for this concern.

The Room we stayed in was quite spacious, and the king-size Bed had firm mattress, just a we had requested beforehand. The view from the room was excellent, and the location of the hotel is within walking distance of iconic tourist attractions such as the Casa Mila and Casa Batho and Sagrada Familia. There were also Cafes, Restaurants and shopping outlets all around. The Buffet Breakfast was also very nice.

Make sure you pull your room door closed, my bad , didn't realise it shuts itself, so did comeback after a day of sightseeing and was left open

Please let guests know when private events are on at the terrace- I accidently intruded on one as I didn’t know it was happening.

Breakfast is average can be more variety.

Welcoming staff, complimentary champagne and snacks in arrival. Nice rooftop pool. Location is also great very close to main streets and metro lines. Clean and big rooms.

Cleaners start very early and were quite noisy.

The location was perfect for us . Good transport links nearby and a lot of places within walking distance. Some good restaurants nearby which would walk to quickly after busy tiring day.

Walls are a bit thin if you have neighbours with loud TV but it's not intolerable. The tables by the pool shouldn't have big gaps in them as I dropped a drink through one unfortunately.

We absolutely loved our stay here - friendly/helpful staff at reception and at bar, great location with beautiful tree-lined surrounding streets full of restaurants and bars. Room was large, modern, comfortable and quiet (with window closed). At the pool on the roof, there are four loungers, and four seats immediately by pool. Away from pool, plenty of seating around bar with great views. Pool had about 4 people max beside it during our visit in May. Free towels to use at pool. We would stay here again.

You can hear a lot of movement through the night and from neighbouring apartments. Also once houskeepers get to work there is no sleeping in. The floors become noisy. Nothing you can do they need to work it's more just an FYI.

Location was great. We like being more in the locals area. Still very close walk to everything we wanted. Beds very comfortable. Staff amazing and very attentive. We had a little courtyard. It was nice to be able to get fresh air.

Lovely hotel. It was very clean , breakfast was great with lots of options. Our room was quiet and we had loads of storage space in the walk in wardrobe, which I liked .The rooftop bar was good and there were lots of nice restaurants nearby . I would definitely recommend this as a good hotel .

Nothing, really. It was the nicest but the most expensive place we stayed while in Spain .. but quite reasonable compared to what I'd pay in the US or another country. For us, it was totally worth it.

We loved the location. A ton of restaurants outside the front door and close to some of the sites, such as the Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. The rooms were nice, modern, and comfortable. We had connected rooms and really liked that too - helpful when you're traveling with teenagers. We didn't use the pool but would have had we stayed longer. For the bar, it's more about the atmosphere than what's on the drinks menu. We noticed it was a popular first stop for anyone hitting the town. I also really appreciated the proximity to the train station, taxis out front, and the truly wonderful staff. We were in and out a bit and the pleasant "Buenas" as we came and went were really appreciated. I also liked the enthusiastic recommendation we got for a local gelato place and the interested, "Did you find it? How was it?" when we got back.

Everything was perfect. The stuff was friendly. They helped with questions and helped with tickets.Room was clean. The hotel has a really good location. I recommend this hotel if you have a city travel.
