everything was perfect

Joey, the host, was incredibly friendly, so helpful and generous. He waited for us at the location, even though our plane was late. Joey left us fruit, bread, coffee, yoghurt, tea, and much more. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to eat and go. The apartment is amazing, very clean and cozy, well equipped, more than we need. It was perfectly located in the centre of Alicante, wery close to restaurants and bars. We would recommend it to friends who travel to Alicante. Our family spent there 9 nights. We really felt like home and we definitely recommend Joey the perfect host to our friends. I hope we will be back soon! Thank you for everything, Joey!

There was nothing that I didn't like.

I only stay at apartments when I travel. This apartment was by far the best one in Alicante that I have ever stayed at. It was so well equipped and comfortable. Excellent location. I have already booked it for next year.

location was central and could walk everywhere. We have been to a dozen short term rentals and this was the best. Apt well stocked, clean, and host provided tons of worthwhile information.

The front bedroom faces onto the street, and like all cities, there can be some noise from revellers. We stayed over a weekend, so it was a bit noisy on Saturday night.

Joey was an exceptional host, meeting and guiding us to his property. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked with equipment and treats. It is in a great location near restaurants and bars and close to the beach.

The apartment is perfect! I would say my best experience so far. The apartment is cozy and beautiful (you get the Home feeling). The llocation could not be better, and on top of that, Joey was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment 100%!

Nothing to mention.

The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to the beach and city centre. There are many restaurants, stores and much more. There is a street with bars and live music close by as well. If you need grocery store or any supplies big Mercadona or Corte Ingles is just few minutes walking away. The apartments is fully equipped and most of what you might need is very likely already there. Joey was a wonderful host with many recommendations and just a msg or call away in a case of any urgent situation.

Amazing condo was just perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, great location and a fabulous host. Lots of extras provided such as fresh fruit, yogurt, water to name a few. The beach chairs were a great addition for the sunny days and the umbrellas were much appreciated on 2 very wet days. We will definitely be back for another stay at Amazing Condo.

Another fantastic visit to Alicante using Joey's apartment. It's so well located and equipped which makes for a comfortable and convenient stay. We were two friends travelling together so an ensuite double bedroom each was perfect along with the good sized living/dining room, we felt very at home.

Absolutely amazing place! Location is unbeatable - right in the middle of all lovely restaurants and bars, yet quiet. Walking distance to everything - the beach, the seaside panorama, the castle, etc. The apartment is incredibly cozy and beautifully decorated. It is supplied with everything you could possibly need - own bathroom for each bedroom, beach towels and other supplies, all needed cosmetics, fruit and snacks, coffee, mineral water, etc. Yet, it is not overcrowded and it gives you plenty of room to add your things. The condo feels incredibly homey and welcoming. Charming terrace for evening drinks and spacious living room with a dining table. Loved it!

Nothing really. If had to point out something, the basin drains were a little slow running and might have needed unblocking, but wasn’t a big deal.

Everything, particularly how the flat had everything you could need. Hairdryer, shampoo conditioner to cereal, tea and coffee!

More sunlight would have been nice, but this past February was the coldest month Alicante had seen in years. Luckily the condo was perfectly well heated.

Location of this condo is ideal. No more than 5-7 minute walk to everything: restaurants, shops, super markets, Paseo, subway statiions, a lovely beach, museums, etc. The condo is comfortably appointed with great beds and good linens and the kitchen is equipped with an abundance of quality pots and pans. The host had generously left breakfast items in the fridge, fruit, coffee, cakes, yoghurt. A very thoughtful gesture.

Everything was perfect for us. Cannot think of anything that we did not like.

We liked absolutely everything. From the moment we arrived at the apartment and met Joey, who explained everything that we needed to know. He showed us around the apartment, incl. the fridge which contained a birthday cake and a bottle of Cava for me to celebrate my 75th birthday!! How very thoughtful! The apartment is spacious, very comfortable indeed, exceptionally clean and has everything, and more, that we needed. Joey's attention to detail is superb even leaving us fruit bread, cakes, toilet rolls, shower gels etc, etc. The apartment is in a fabulous position in Alicante Old Town, surrounded by restaurants, bars and many shops. I thoroughly recommend the restaurant that we booked for my birthday night - L'Atelier, San Nicholas - 300 metres away. It was unbelievable. Definitely fine dining without the high price. We paid 26€ each for 3/4 4 courses (plus they gave us Mousse Bouche etc). Stunning venue, excellent service. Might be best to booked early. We stayed for 4 nights from the 24th February and thoroughly recommend - 10/10 from us.

The front bedroom suffered a little from noise but it was the holidays and a lot of late night revellers, otherwise it was fine

This was our second visit, we previously stayed during the summer so really just used the apartment to sleep. This time was for New Year so used it a lot more and really appreciated the kitchen, tv and space

Some front bedroom noise. Expected and as it was Christmas holidays, was a little more so. Two bedroom apartment however and back bedroom was an oasis of calm.

Homely feel of the apartment and lots of little touches, such as bread, water, cheese etc. all left by host. Loved the two shower rooms and lots of very useful appliances in the kitchen. Joey was a very friendly and informative host. Very kind and considerate. He just needs to practice his las habilidades motoras finas whilst juggling wine🍷😂
