The hotel has few buildings. It announces grate views, but our room had view to the tennis court so it was not what I expected. It was a noisy place, I could hear my neighbors coming and going.

Grate location, close to the center and very easy to find. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

Air conditioning would not go down low enough with the very high temperatures even though we set it at a low temperature and the dining room was not open for dinner.

The location of hotel was good for me as I like walking and it was only a short stroll to the city centre. The breakfast was very good and well worth the money. Excellent selection of food and drinks. I have booked several more breaks at this hotel over the next few months. It is only forty minutes drive from home so is ideal for me.

I feel so bad writing this but I know the reviews always encourage the owners to make changes as needed. Especially considering it's past. It's got so much potential! I understood that it was closed during the pandemic as the original owner died. Then it got rented out and I know the new management is trying to revive it. They recently renovated the events room for weddings. It looks amazing! A great space for a wedding. However, the rest of the hotel is reall lacking. All the amenities are shut and need some TLC. I understand one thing at a a time is being done to revive the place, but if I was the owner, I would personally revoke 1 star and keep it as a 3 star hotel. When you get the amenities going and upgrade the room furniture, modernize áreas ... then I would call you a 4 star hotel. I mean they have 2 pools, a disco area and couple large events rooms, a spa, reataurant etc. What gives it a disservice is the fact that I have no idea how the local council gave permission to building warehouses and commercial buildings around the 4 star hotel. It's really devalued the hotel's location and views and it's no doubt NOT the hotel's fault. The breakfast was also lacking but who can blame them if there are less guests. I really do wish this hotel a speedy recovery but please take it down to 3 stars otherwise its false advertising.

The staff were very helpful and kind to us, albeit you can tell they feel unamused or feeling down. The room sizes are amazing! What potential! Parking is free which is good. It's good for a short stay and to sleep. Not to experience a hotel experience. The pillows were great though and the hair dryer had power! I wasn't expecting that.

Pool area definitely needs attention. Cracked tiles and sun loungers that have seen better days. Parking on hotel grounds very limited. Despite restaurant being advertised on Webb site when we arrived on a Sat we were informed that it was closed. Very little alternative places to eat in vicinity of hotel

The shower didn’t have a shower head that you could detach but it was ok. They only had breakfast, no restaurant for lunch or dinner. But overall an excellent hotel if it’s just to sleep.

False advertising of all the amenities.

Great room and bathroom, but the gym was lacking, spa, pools and , restaurant, bar were all closed! Please reflect this on the website. The only thing that was available was breakfast.

No one was at reception for about 5 mins looked around and the lady was in the restaurant helping them as they were short staffed she asked us to wait and she came out in a few minutes to book us in

The location wasn't great, a long way from town and facing a petrol station and commercial centre, however parking was directly outside the hotel. The breakfast on one day was quite poor lots of variation but some of the food looked a little stale. The second day everything was good. The staff seemed a little down beat not many smiles from them. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open on either night and the bar food available was quite limited.

Everything at this hotel was clean and modern, beautiful back gardens and pool area and nice spa. The rooms were big and comfortable. Very nice and spacious everywhere. Parking was directly outside.
