Very spacious and comfortable apartament, air con working perfectly;) as we stayed during the heatwave. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and delicious fresh carrot cake!

Car parking was included however it is a tiny car park, and when full, you must pay extra to park in their covered parking lot or pay for parking in near by car parks and walk.

Air con was not adjustable and too cold - but it was ok

this hotel had a perfect family room , well designed , with a big porch . the room was on the 1st floor and was big and clean . the staff was grate and very very helpful , gave us recommendations and whatever we needed . Location is perfect and is in the center . there is a restaurant in the entrance and a supermarket across the street . For a family stay its perfect for us ! Thanks!

The one lift!

Our atico room was absolutely stunning. The lovely lady on reception was incredibly helpful with advice on where to go etc The evening meal was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. Only small comment could be to serve more of a choice of fresh fruit for breakfast.

We enjoyed the comfort of a junior suite. Very spacious, nice view and overall very comfortable. Restaurant serves great food.

There was always a wait for the lift.........the only slight irritation. Only an issue if you cannot navigate the stairs easily.

The STAFF were extremely good here. Very helpful on reception. The bar staff, one young lady in particular and we´re sorry we don't have her name, but we took wine on the terrace every early evening after our days out, and after the first night she just brought it automatically..... We ate in the restaurant once and the service was very good here too, despite a large party in the sectioned off area, and we enjoyed very good food. The lady who served us here was from Romania. Our apartment was great. Super comfy bed and pillows, very clean, great bathroom, everything worked. Private parking underneath the Hotel €10 per night was well worth it so we could access our stuff easily.

Our apartment was very spacious, with a separate living space and a lovely view over the river. The apartment was well located to be able to walk up to the old town area. Very convenient to have a couple of dining options available too.

Found at the Resturant we could only get chips and sandwiches on arrival . The main food like burgers etc we could only get after 8pm . Unfortunately after a days travelling could not wait that long.

Cleaning could have been better.

Room was very large and very comfortable including a beautiful terraza and a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and restaurant for other meals was exceptional. Free parking was nice and location was very convenient to sites in town. Staff was very friendly.
