Lay over in between traveling to next area so only arrived late evening and left in morning. As such it was ideal for this purpose. Very cheap,clean and tidy room overlooking what looked like a nice clean pool area. Would recommend if doing the same as we did as it was very cheap.

Walls are very thin, can hear neighbours from other side of the floor. Air conditioning was only in the living room and very loud, impossible to sleep with it turned on.

Good location if you have a flight, good internet, nice pool. Very very clean apartment.

The equipment in the kitchen was very poor ,there was a few large white plates ,two glasses ,a few butter knives ,fork ,dessert spoons ,a fry pan and a pot .I had to go ask for cups ,I had to rent a kettle I didn't mind renting ,I would have rented a toaster but they are not available ,there was not a sharp knife. ( have you ever tried to cut cheese with a butter knife )no nearby shops ,nearest was a 15 min bus ride .the screen on the bath door was fixed so with my mobility problems ,I could not get out the bath ,I ended up pulling knee and leg muscles so for next eight day ,I could not walk so did not get to see any of Alicanti there was a loverly balcony but no sunshine ever arrivered onto it , ,back home now its going to be another eight weeks before my muscles are healed

The appartment with the bath was great ,clean , air conditioning was in Lounge was good there was a balcony ,,happy that there was a lift as I have mobility issues ,the area was nice and quite ,beautiful outdoor swimming pool and Spa area .staff very friendly and helpful .

The living room had damp showing along the external walls, the showers were broken, the fridge wasn’t cold, there were no large plates, there was no proper utensils, the place was dirty and only cleaned every 5 days, everywhere was full of cats, I could go on and on.

There was air con in each room of the apartment.

Downside was the location as it was very far from the center/beach so had to drive each time from the hotel and pay for parking. Wifi worked well but as you got further from the office, particularly in our case in the corner of the complex where our apartment was situated we had literally no wifi.

Place was nice and clean and over all good with a great pool area. Nice fully equipped kitchen as well which was nice as well as a washer for cleaning clothes.

Wi-fi didn't work in my room. It worked only in the bathroom or outside. It was a problem for me because I needed to work with a laptop but it was difficult in these conditions. Personal promised to fix this problem but the problem has not been fixed. The hotel is situated in 5 km from the centre of the city and main beach. For me it was strange the obligatory rule that guests must take out their own garbage from the room to the trash cans...

It was a big clean apaprtment in the hotel complex with a own kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has some dishes and kitchenette. You can use swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds.

mattress was ripped .. bath was rusty and orange only one cup in the cupboards.

Lack of pillows. Unit sleeps 4 but only 2 pillows provided. Staff got some from other units but surely there should be minimum 4 and preferably 8 pillows. No AC in bedroom.
