We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandOur initial 3 bed room was exceptionally small with the bathroom virtually in the bedroom. 3 were booked but towels for 2 and a drink for 1.....counterpains were dirty.
We were listened to when we had a problem and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Food in the bar was good.

BelgiumSmelly drain in the shower and defective ventilation in the toilet. As usual, I didn't waste my time with complaints so the hotel staff didn't know about the problems.
The room was nice and clean, table and chairs on the balcony, very good pressure of water in the shower, very good and various breakfast, very friendly staff. We recommend dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. Wi-Fi was ok.

The hotel is convenient for visiting Barcelona. By train you can reach Barcelona in 80 minutes. It is close to the beach. The food is very good.

Francelunch and dinner were quite repetitive, couldn’t eat this same food for a week. not sure if there’s more variety in summer. Beds were very hard. The balconies have a gap at the bottom that is far too large for me to few comfortable having my one year old out there with us
