Breakfast poor quality, staff - most of them looked and acted completely uninterested particularly breakfast. Exception was the tall chap, English speaking receptionist.

Service could have been more engaged. Rooftop (with lovely views over the city) pool was tiny. Unusual design on the bedside lamps, difficult to manoeuvre to actually get enough light to read.

Location was good, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It is a large hotel, so perhaps a little soulless, and the service at the front desk was a bit hit and miss (we were kept waiting a few times for minutes, while staff carried on with admin, and we were not always acknowledged on exit or return, despite always offering greetings ourselves). Room was big, as was the bathroom, everything was clean. Pool towels were available for use on request. Good air conditioning.

Some complimentary bottled water in the rooms would have been appreciated.

The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing by day and the restaurants in the evening. Rooms are very comfortable, no view but we were only sleeping there so not a problem. Rooftop pool was very welcome after a day sightseeing, it's small but great for cooling down although not many loungers. Breakfast was good. Selection of cereals, bacon and eggs, continental selection and fruit with plenty tea, coffee and fruit juices. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

The breakfast was very poor, not worth the extra pay, and the hotel is close to wonderful bakeries that are much more enjoyable than what is available at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, with a delightful design, and it is easily accessible. The hotel has a nice terrace with a pool and a gorgeous view. The rooms are clean, although the lighting inside could be improved.

We booked this hotel at very short notice and when we got there we were so impressed by the staff. When we reached the room we were delighted with both the room and bathroom. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and places to have a drink! I would return if I ever return to Zaragoza!

Overall the stay was good, becsreful of booking breakfast it was expensive and not that great given it would be cheaper in one of the numerous cafes nearby.

The location was excellent near to the old town, lots to see and do. The room was good and had everything we needed for a single night.

The property was in a fantastic location. We got a train and it was a 35/40 minute walk but that is something we don’t mind. There were buses and taxis available outside the train station. The room was perfect for a short stay. Very clean. The roof top pool was small but very enjoyable. Did not want to leave the morning we were leaving.

The lighting in the room was a bit dark and not a view as ours looked into the middle of the building. Not enough loungers by the pool

Was clean, nice sized rooms. Bathroom and amenities were good. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

It's only a BnB. There's no bar or food served after breakfast, however, it's downtown and there are lots of local options. The pillows were awful.

It is well located and has a pool on the roof. Small but attractive rooms.
