We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe airport shuttle is not in service on the weekends. We booked the hotel believing the free airport shuttle was in service throughout the week, not just weekdays. We ended up hiring a taxi to bring us to the hotel on Sunday night. If we had known the shuttle was not available on weekends, we would have booked a room with a different hotel where we could more easily (and cheaply) get to and from the airport. This hotel is 5 miles from the airport.
Clean, great staff, and the free airport shuttle, when in service, was great.

Saudi ArabiaThe gym is pretty worn out & outdated. The old equipment are cramped into a small room with an empty wide balcony. There are no towels available in pool area. The hotel as a whole feels a bit outdated too. Having a boiler in room with tea/coffee would have been nice.

RomaniaSlippers were missing which is a big NO taking in consideration that the floor is not covered with carpet and it’s very cold. The plugs were sufficient enough but on the side with the closet there was no plug. The beds were on wheels (we asked for a double room with twin beds) and any wrong turn you were getting wheeled away. The minibar didn’t have two of each product even though I made the reservation for two people.
It was very clean and what I really appreciated: the large towels that could also fit not so skinny people (as myself). I also liked that they provide dental kit (toothbrush and a small toothpaste), I travel a lot through Europe and until now I didn’t find a dental kit in any other hotels. The shower cabin vey spacious and the bathroom well equipped and again very clean!!

PortugalBreakfast could be much better for 16€ each person (no matter if children or adults). Hotel could benefit of some repairs and improvements. our shower tube was cut and the water was projected everywhere. Fortunately water pressure was high and we could manage to shower.
They were extremely nice offering us a room upgrade from a family room to two communicating rooms. Rooftop was very nice and calm.
