The reception is unattended in the afternoon. Hence we had to self register (check-in) to an app and pay also via an app. I generally don't like that, as I prefer in person meeting and payment with my card. So it was a bit cumbersome to get the access to the room and we had to call the responsible person several times. It is not exactly what I call "pay at the property". But again, the staff was very helpful and nice. Also noticeable there is no bathroom per se. The shower is in the room (ok with a glass door), and the toilets kind of too: behind a wall but the wall does not cover up to the ceiling. This is not very nice for privacy. It may be fine, as long as you know upfront and can decide accordingly.

The hotel is located right downtown and easy access to the pedestrian area in which it is located. The staff (contact person) was very nice and helpful. They changed the queen size bed into 2 single beds, which was our initial booking.

A shame about the almost derelict house over the wall. Hey ho.

The hotel had a wonderful small courtyard which gave it an excellent ambience. The hotel was very quiet and rooms dark which helped with sleeping.

We had no milk to make a drink in the room. Tea bags and sugar was supplied but we couldn't get any milk, we asked 3 times and was told they would get us some, but never did. We bought some from a supermarket, a small fridge in the room would be good! Bring it up to date with other hotels. No safe in room, again modern hotels supply free of charge. We purchased 2 cups of tea from the rooftop, gave our own teabags so just had hot water and milk, thought the €7 was a little expensive. ..

Walls a bit too thin and you can hear your neighbors, but I didn't have any disturbances at night. Probably it depends on people that stay in near rooms.

The hotel is in very good location, staff was really helpful and pleasant. The view from window and terrace was breathtaking.

A bit noisy at times, and there were a couple of flying bugs in my room. But, it doesn’t hinder my overall perspective.

The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited and since it was extra we didn't bother after the first morning.

I picked this hotel because of its location close to, but not in, the old town section of Seville, because we were arriving by car and needed parking. This hotel is just the other side of the botanical garden, so a quick 5 minute walk right into the old town, and 10 minutes walk or less from Plaza de Espana, and it has parking less than10 minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable, had a great view of the Cathedral and we loved the rooftop bar.
