The pool area was quite small so slightly overcrowded as children was on half term.

Location was great, although a car is recommended.. The apartment was a nice size for a couple. Great gated secure complex. Buzz entrance gate. Nice pool. The key holder was on time and easy to reach if needed.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property. However, the pool area was disappointing as we felt that the pool itself and the area’s surrounding it was not big enough for the amount of apartments at Albatross.

The property was in a great location and clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were really effective and the apartment stayed lovely and cool.

Small sunbathing area next to pool which was full of empty sun loungers, placed there by other guests. We didn’t use the pool at all! Apartment needs a few more additions ie extra cutlery, bowls, coffee maker. Air condition unit in bedroom was very noisy and had to be switched off.

Great location. Well situated for all Los Alcazares has to offer. Very helpful and friendly keyholder.

Not so keen on the waterproof mattress protector, appreciate it is with kids in mind , like my own bed when it’s hot 🤣 they just made it even hotter and sticky . A few cockroaches , not ideal but not uncommon.

Good location , easy access and secure parking . Was nice to have decent lighting throughout the whole apartment . and 2 sets of keys meant we could both do our own thing and not have to worry about getting back in .

there where only 2 sunloungers when there were 4 adults , the description said there was a hairdryer at the property and there wasn’t , and as in the description it said the was one there we didn’t bring a hairdryer with us so was an inconvenience.

The twin bedroom was a big tight for 2 people and had no air conditioning in it, nor did the bathroom room.

I loved the terrace as it was ground floor and the pool was right in front of it.Grounds very well kept and the Apartment was comfortable.Kitchen was a great size .

The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, beautiful pool on the doorstep, brilliant location, Mark the owner was very helpful and answered any queries we had, Anne the key holder was a lovely lady she met us at the time agreed and was very helpful, we stayed for eight nights with no issues at all, Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning.Brilliant

The apartment itself clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We found other peoples dirty washing in draws when we went to unpack. A used plaster in the wardrobe. A box full of childrens toys which would have been helpful but mostly broken & all very dirty. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. Do not hang your coats up as the hook rail comes clean out the wall. Live wire exposed in kitchen by toaster. When we went to unpack the food shopping we were welcomed by the last persons food which was left open, and had attracted a family of cockroaches & their faeces . This made entering the kitchen extremely uncomfortable and we ended up wasting money on food we could not cook & eating out every day/night which isn’t the plan when you book self catering. The key holder Ann met us (after making us wait late at night with two children) with the comment “I have friends over for dinner tonight your lucky I’m here! Which was pleasant. After we reported the cockroaches to the owner in the uk (Ann wouldn’t answer her phone) Ann contacted us saying she was busy the next day but would come and clean the kitchen at 5:30… she did not show up or contact us. The next day I managed to lock us out of the apartment it was getting late and we had 11% battery and two children with us. Again Ann didn’t answer her phone. The owner in the uk in fairness did try and help us and managed to get hold of Ann who said she can come let us in. Ann rang extremely intoxicated and clearly speaking for the benefit of who ever she was with stated “I have been drinking I WILL NOT drive (we hadn’t asked her to?) YOU will pay for my taxi from the beach YOU will pay for the taxi to wait and then YOU will pay for my taxi back” after a short discussion I worked out she couldn’t help us and we would of been wasting our money so she said “I’ll think about it and get back to you” at this point we held out little hope for Ann helping us.

it was so good it is hard to find any faults. however, internet access was something we really missed due to the nature of our visit.

great location, lovely place. Julie who meets you was so friendly and helpful. communication throughout was excellent. I would strongly recommend a stay here and I am sure we will return soon.

We absolutely loved this property, great location, very clean and tidy with every essential item included! Aircon in every room which is a life saver in August. Quick responses from the owners and key holder Julie who was very helpful and welcoming! thank you for a lovely stay, we would love to return next year x
