Met frank the host at the apartment , showed us the pool area and around the apartment. Lovely pool area but only has chairs no sun beds with beaut gardens around it. Located 2 minutes from the beach in a quiet location. Large Supermarket 5 mins walk away. Cooking hob , microwave & kettle provided. One double bedroom & 1 twin room. Aircon is €1 for 3 hours but stays really cool, only used 1 euro a day

The host was so friendly and welcoming. The house was in a perfect location, it was very clean and it was so convenience all in the same floor with the terrace. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was so good. I definitely recommend it.

It was a really nice flat with small balcony in front of the house. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. I liked that it situated on a quiet street , close to the beach.

Our host Frank was a pleasure to meet, such a patient and courteous chap. Great communications via WhatsApp. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight quite tired so it was really nice to see Frank waiting for us at the apartment. He patiently showed us how everything worked including a walk around to the pool area and how to access same with the keys and fobs. The couple of cool beers in the fridge was a nice touch with a bottle of water to keep us going till the shops opened the following day. It was very hot for our stay and the aircon was terrific, 1 Euro for 3 hours and thankfully it really cooled the entire apartment quite quickly. The main bedroom was spacious with floor to ceiling wardrobes and lots of hangers. The bed was extremely comfortable and it's nice and quiet in the complex so we had great sleeps. Handy to have the washing machine, I brought a couple of washing powder tablets with me so saved the dirty laundry building up over the 10 days we were there. Wi-fi was excellent and the TV has oodles of channels from numerous countries available including RTE1 and 2 in Ireland. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained especially at the pool area. Excellent location and it's only a couple of minutes easy walk down to the seafront.

The pool was closed the whole time we were there and had been for some time we were told on arrival. We booked this accommodation for the pool and feel duped as we were not informed when booking. We would have not booked as we wanted a pool so paid extra for this. Very disappointed..

It was well located and was reasonably equipped for our self catering needs.

Great place, very clean, excellent location short walk to harbour, convenient for train station at Arroyo. Some great eating places nearby Inc Harry's (Indian) and Rodeo (Best steak ever!). Superb apartment with everything you will need.

2 weeks of workmen scraping off paint jet washing dust everywhere road being closed off. pavements very narrow not wide enough for wheelchair or scooter. if we had been told about works being carried out we would never of booked it !
