there is not much/anything I could write negatively about, maybe more variety at breakfast and the views from the rooms could be better, however neither bothered us at all.

The value for money was really good! the hotel is a bit outside the city centre but the trams are easy enough to navigate (to either the city centre or the beaches in Platja de Sant Joan) and the stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. the area is nice and quiet, but there is a shop nearby for food/snacks. there are other smaller beaches nearby. considering the amount we paid, the hotel room itself was really nice and spacious. the window was slightly below ground due to the mountains but it was private and we still had a decent view. would highly recommend to those travelling on a budget. also - you can walk from the city centre to the hotel, we did it at night and took around 40 minutes but it is along the beach so the views were nice. food at the hotel was nice, we had dinner and breakfast that was reasonably priced, and it was very easy to book.

The room lacks a fridge and a kettle for tea/coffee. The food in the restaurant was disappointing. We had dinner the first day we arrived. The food was not at restaurant standard. It was the kind of food you make at home and all dishes were made with cream, the seafood salad had no seafood at all, only some chopped sumiri!!!!

The hotel is nice, we stayed in one of the rooms with balcony with sea view and it had all conforts. The hotel has a nice pool and tennis court and the location is ok, there is beach nearby and the transport to go to Alicante Town centre is easy to get to.

I came across a bug and a few ants in my room. I didn't like that at all.

I loved the whole ambience of the hotel and the design of the room. The bed was comfortable, the view from the room was amazing and loved sitting on the balcony. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.

- Location is far from the centre and the closest tram stop was far - Our room had a view of the alley behind the building - Bland breakfast - A bit of mold in the bathrooms due to the moisture - The pool was closed when we were visiting (open only during the summer months)

+ Beds were comfortable + Air conditioning in the room worked very well + Staff were nice + Rooms were cleaned daily + A small shop only 100m from the hotel + Overall quite clean

the breakfast could be improved, it wasn’t tasteful and products were of a poor quality. Another thing was about the rooms charges: two same/identical rooms but one cost us with approximately 100 euro more, the explanation wasn’t clear at all, just that one room could be adjusted for 3 people ( sorry but we were visibly 2 and we explicitly chosen two beds)

As an improvement suggestion is the the pool area. Considering is so close to the road, the view (in and out) is not nice at all. Most probably some flowers/green fence would look great there.

The room was nice and tidy while the personnel was very helpful. We had a sea side view which was nice, except the parking slot part, but overall ok.

There were not enough staff in the restaurant and the only person serving was quite stressed and not as friendly as we would have expected considering everything else was so good. They need to make sure they have enough staff to cope with residents walking in looking to eat.

Terrible sound insulation of rooms. Family rooms are located next to the gym. every morning, starting at 7 am, constant noise from the gym and restaurant located above the room. the staff in the restaurant is rude and does not speak English. There was no refrigerator or tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Check in for 4 people sims to be very challenging for 2 receptionist… We need to wait until 4 oclock for the room they said they will call us but nobody did. Rooms standard- should be out of sales or really showed before to the customer, at least Real pictures during reservation because views are depressing. After changing the room to upgrade for Extra payment rest of stay was wonderful. I asked for anything Extra for my fiances birthday but nobody did anything.

Unusual layout in the cliff face sharing the block with Alicante residents. Shortage of staff,particularly in the bar and restaurant areas.
