Reception's 2nd language skills poor. i.e. 1.5 billion individuals in the world speak English and 1.1 billion mandarin / Chinese. Native language is prominent and used in first instance with international guests which will mostly suit locals and 595 million spanish speakers worldwide. No kettle or tea / coffee making facilities in rooms. First aid / defibrillator knowledge of responding to swimmers using the pool which could save lives. Evening entertainment for poolside bar customers inconsistent in terms of frequency and talent.

Great housekeeping with a considerate approach to privacy and flexibility to return at a time more suitable. Hotel cleanliness throughout, nice one level pool, choice of venues for dining, car parking below the hotel served with a lift for direct access for room levels, recycling facilities, EV charging, Tourist information desk, spa facilities, polite friendly staff in general. Bus stops nearby, taxi rank located near front door, good supermarket in short 7 minute walk.

Hotel does not match the brochure photos, needs update, dirty windows outside, dirty areas outside , not a pleasant site, over six hours for room to be cleaned, not value for money, overpriced and expensive for food and drinks.

This property has the best staff! Kind always smiling and very helpful. The ground and pool area are really lovely! The half board option is excellent value for money. Take the bus into Seville for €1.40 per journey. Either the 03 or 34.

The hotel has gone a little down market since last time I stayed a few years ago. No glasses in room just paper cups. Hotel is looking a little tired although they have tried to make it look a bit more modern.

Pool is great and big on a hot Andalus day. Also the breakfast buffet offer is actually pretty wide and good value for money. Staff was super friendly and helpful in each area of the hotel.

Allergens were not easily available. Every day there was a different cake that we had to ask for the box to check ourselves about allergens. Please think about more soya free bread or pastry items at breakfast. Also didn't like the loud music around the pool when only 3 or 4 guests were doing water aerobics etc

Advertised as central. NOT. advertised as live music daily. NONE.. catered for local football team game which closed access to the bar for 3 days. WHY. Restaurant menus VERY limited but food we ate was very good.

Pool opening times are not good. I appreciate potential cleaning times and closures, but opening the pool area only from 12noon is far too late. That was very disappointing. Food buffet variety was average.

Very friendly and supportive staff throughout and simply anywhere in the hotel. One of the best i have experienced I'd say ( apart from one person at our opening evening). Great to have pool towels and good bar and meeting areas everywhere. We had a little issue with the room, but it was addressed instantly, really great. Carmen (reception) certainly went beyond her duties helping me solving a car rental issue that had actually nothing to do with the hotel - it made my day .Thank you. All staff at recepetion were exceptionally helpufl and friendly.

It needs a bit of updating but didn’t bother us. Pool was really busy at times. It’s too small if the hotel is full. Strict pool rules too.

We had a junior suite which was really large. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. Hotel is right next to the real Betis stadium.

Our room was rather on the small size which we were a bit disappointed with. My son was given an upgrade to a larger room on the third floor after his bathroom sinks collapsed.! Luckily no-one was hurt! The fridge barely cooled anything. We thought that it might be faulty until we asked at reception and they told us that the fridge was a storage area only and could not be used to keep things cold. It would have been useful to keep the water bottles provided cool at least!

The pool was a good size and we all enjoyed the natural shade provided by the trees near the pool. It was better than fighting over parasols, as in some resorts. The breakfast room had a good choice of food both hot and cold and the coffee from the machines was reasonable. We enjoyed the live music outside later in the evening and a bar was open until after midnight which was useful for us, as it was nice to have a drink in the cool after a hot day. We all enjoyed the sunshine!!
