The WiFi was at points absolutely terrible. There was a chromecast in the room which would have been awesome during our rainy days, but thanks to the bad WiFi we couldn't get it to work.

The hotel was very generous with the length of the breakfast (08:00-13:30). Staff were friendly and helpful.

This property is great value for money! The breakfast/brunch was good and unlimited until 1.30. The rooms were nice and clean. The gym area was good and had all the basic equipments. Overall a great value for money!

It’s pretty good. Great location, bus stop just across the road and it takes to the airport/ Palma…etc. Staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Edita but there was also another super friendly girl, didn’t ask for her name 🙈 The room itself is very basic but spotless. The beds are very comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is ok. Bacon could be done more but you’ll not go with the empty stomach. You can choose from cereal, cold meat, vegetables, fired stuff and finish with something sweet.

In my room i had an air conditioner but only warm air came out. Sadly the rooms dont have a refrigerator

10min walk to the Beach. The hotel have 2 pools. The Staff at the Reception and Breakfast room were so nice and helpful. Breakfast/Brunch until 13.30/1.30 pm wonderful

Breakfast could have more vegetarian main course options for meals. Brunch was good with salads and breads but as a vegetarian there was only kidney beans as a dish to eat along with them.

Room is rather small, and the bed end was in some 30cm from the wall with the TV, so I was afraid every time passing there not to knock off the TV from the wall :) Also, didn't provide a fridge.

Nice simple hotel, ambience felt more youth-oriented. Great stuff, simple rooms with balcony, has almost everything you need for not a very long stay. Has a nice yard with pool (we went in off-season so didn`t swim there unfortunately). Long breakfast/brunch is a nice option if you want to sleep longer (or eat multiple times at the hotel before 13:30). Bus stop to Palma right otuside the hotel (took 40min to the center), and Lidl (+ some other shops) as well. 7min walk to the beach with nice promenade.

Didn't get early breakfast. I requested it to be packed but wasn't supposed to be. We had to have only bread & butter that's it. That's what i want the hotel to change. Or else don't take payment for breakfast.

Only the coffee. Have no other criticisms. I really like Tent Playa de Palma.

Breakfast was great. All brilliant and lovely staff. The coffee was yuk! (But out of a machine). Anyhow, with all the choices of teas and juices available it was just a good excuse to go and find a good cafe con leche out in the town mid morning.

Hotel was very customer-friendly. Personnel was very friendly and helpful, everything was perfectly clean. We like the opportunity to let luggage in the baggage room and to take shower even after check-out. Brunch til 13:30 is a perfect idea!

Room as a bit spartan. No lamp shades. No bedside table lamps. Not a cozy room. Breakfast options were not great, especially the healthy options. Overall not a good hotel for couples but because of the area itself. The hotel was quiet enough but the mood was mostly groups of young lads looking to party.

The noise outside was a bit disturbing specially during the night. There was no air ventilator in bathroom.

The breakfast was fantastic. Swimming pool was good and clean. The Staff were so kind.
