We used it twice and booked well back beforehand and in both cases they placed us in the special needs room Number 1 and the bathroom was quite uncomfortable but on the whole all was well.

the closest one can get to Madrid airport ideal for an overnight stay in between transit flights even though our flight was to and from Terminal 1, these rooms are in Terminal 4. but then there is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from in just 20 mins. Very good Coffee making facilities.

Can here the sound of train like it’s 24/7, kind of overpriced

Because the hotel is inside the terminal, it doesn't have a window. It doesn't bother me but some might not like me this fact. I also feel the the check in and out times should be more flexible for people choosing to stay there for a long connection lapse. Many international flights arrive in Barajas early in the AM and check in isn't until 2 pm.

The location is perfect inside terminal 4 for long connecting flights. It's next to the metro and commuter train for an easy day trip into the city. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. With the exception of occasional train noise from the metro, the hotel is very quiet. The room is quite large, very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Our room, 22, suffered from an intermittent rumbling noise as trains entered and exited the train station. The rumbling was not invasive, but it was noticable. The small flush on the toilet cistern does not function.

The location in the heart of Madrid Barajas International airport is brilliant. The one-level orientation of the rooms makes for easy access to the rooms compared to hotels that need stairs or elevators.

There was no helpful signage in the airport to assist finding the hotel. However, the hotel had sent imformative instructions to find it.

THis is a well-designed nrelatiely basic hotel . It is exceptionally convenient for an overnight stay at Madrid airport. The room is basic but very well designed and excellent for the purpose - and spotlessly clean. The basic breakfats is alsoi very good for teh circumstances.

The Receptionist is not as Hospitable and as Respectful which harms the generosity, Righteousness and Integrity of the Customers.

Kindly Make sure that all the Existing Staff are Hospitable during each and every shift.

I arrived late, which is the airline's fault but on arrival the staff member was talking to another cusotmer and even though I wanted to check in and the other customer kept asking for things which had nothing to do with the booking (plug charger, time of plane departure), the other customer said that the staff member could deal with me, the staff member's reply was "He can wait". Excuse me? Who said I could wait? I certainly did not say that. It's a total lack of respect and worse given I was already late and had to leave early due to an early flight. The behaviour on departure was also very mute. Asking if I had used the mini bar, no and then that was it. No thank you, no please come again, nothing. Seems he took a shining to the other female guest he was happy to spend ages talking with. Also, on departure there are people sleeping outside, on the floor, within the airport. It looks like the underpass of a bridge. Not what one expects, even within an airport.

The location is good as it makes for ease of use being at the airport and is well presented. The layout is interesting, with the bathroom being the first room you encounter and the bedroom being at the back, with a table and desk to do some work. Also the television has a good choice of channels and being at the airport, you can pop upstairs for some food if needed.

The room felt stuffy as it was completely enclosed without any windows. We experienced issues with the shower leaking, and there was significant noise and vibrations from the nearby metro. Additionally, the internet was unstable with frequent disruptions, and the bed sheet was slightly dirty.

The location was very convenient for travelers, allowing easy and quick access to the terminal without the need for additional transportation. The room had a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch for a short stay.
