Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalHardly a game changer, but coffee and tea making facilities in the room would have been welcome.
We were driving and staying for just one night to attend a concert at the Estadio Metropolitan. The location worked well for the metro and the hotel parking was good ( just a short distance away). We had a balcony and the sliding doors provided excellent soundproofing between the room and the exterior. The bed was very comfortable. This is an excellent small hotel and it provided everything we needed. The breakfast was good and excellent value for money.

TaiwanAfter 1st night staying, I got skin tickle issues on my arm for bed bug infestation. Not sure it's from my last night staying hotel or from this one. But it let me feel uncomfortable. I did ask to replace all cloth on my bed and no more similar issue again.

RomaniaThe bathroom "door" which blocked absolutely nothing. It's made of glass and there's no way to fully close or lock it, so if you're shy, it's probably not the room for you. You can hear everything. I was very glad I was with family and not my partner. It wasn't very romantic
The staff was very pleasant and helpful! The room was very spacious, which was great for 3 people. The beds were also quite cozy!

SerbiaAlthough hotel provides warm breakfast (omlet and bacon) it should include more variety and fresh vegetables.
Obviously the hotel is new. Room was great and well maintained, beds were comfortable, pillows also great. Cleaning was spotless and even hotel provides amenities like shaving kit, toothbrush... which is not common for 3* hotels. Location is also good, 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station where is possible to catch metro to the city center, with one change of the metro line. Also near hotel stops bus wich drives direct to city centre.

The rooms were modern and clean and they supply a selection of toiletries that would be suitable in a 4 star hotel. They have a 24 hour concierge and it feels more like a more expensive hotel. The location was very close to the metro but it is a little distance from the city centre. However, you can find everything you need in the area. Try the patisserie opposite the hotel..

I chose UVE Marcenado because of its proximity to the Auditorio Nacional de Musica and I was not mistaken. Sala Sinfónica is within 10 min walking distance, Sala de Camara within 7 min walking.
