We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainInteractions at reception (Check-in and paying restaurant and bar bills) were slow, possibly due to a slow computer system and insufficient reception staff at key times. The room was small and cramped with uncomfortable beds. The buffet dinner, although varied, had poor-quality food. Only one waiter was in the large dining room, setting and clearing tables and also acting as the barman. He was friendly and helpful but horribly overworked.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was a reasonable size with a decent shower. Two great bars within easy walking distance.

United Kingdomabout cleaning. This hotel is understaffed with cleaners. Cleaning lady run there like crazy. rooms was cleaned ok, but like in many big hotels in some places was high dust layers, especially, on the back TV, and in bathroom in on top doors.
If you think that rooms in reality will looks like in picture you will be wrong. Rooms look like from mid 2000's era with only ONE electro socket far from bed. The only what you will like in this hotel will be only balcony, if you will book room with balcony of course.

PolandThe one and only minus is fact, that wi-fi connection in the building I had a room in was really weak.
At first, there was not a problem to change a time of arrival. I had some problems with public transport, but it was possible to me to get a room few minutes after my hour of arrival. The young man on reception was very kind. The room was small, but nice and clean, at first it had smell of desinfection, what means it was cleaned after previous tourists. Also, it had a window and two balconies with view to the ocean and Teide. Cleaning service was coming everyday. Breakfasts were so good - everyday the same, but there was many food to choose. The staff cares about COVID-19 restrictions, the young man on reception checked the COVID passports and measured temperature, measuring temperature was also before breakfasts. Desinfection of hands and wearing mask is obligatory in the hotel, which is a big plus. The waiters on the dining room were so nice and helpful, same goes with young man on reception. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. It's close by walk to the ocean and some shops. Staying in this hotel was really nice.

SpainThe room was clean and a nice size with a TV, but it definitely needs an update. Things that didn't work: -Light. -Hairdryer. -Plug socket. -Tap in sink. -Shower curtain (too short and water just covers the floor). - Curtains too small to keep a decent level of light out of the room at night (massive lights directly opposite by foyer) Another thing that didn't work well was the coffee machine in the breakfast room. Coffee came out but a lot of options were unavailable and it was always warm, not hot. Breakfast was very inexpensive, but I was surprised by how little I looked forward to it after the first one. Staff were not unfriendly but a bit distant and unconcerned. I had to scan my ID when I checked in and it wasn't given back to me (an honest mistake). Two days later when I searched for it I asked at reception and was told it had been put to one side. I don't see why they hadn't tried to contact me in those two days. As a last note, the big sign on the desk that says "We're unauthorised to give refunds"as the first thing that greets you is quite ominous. My instant reaction was to check that the hotel had the legally required hojas de reclamación available (complaint forms), just in case. I stayed and tried to enjoy what I could about the place (there were some things) but it was very clear why it was the cheapest hotel I could find that weekend.
The staff I met co-ordinating the breakfast were very friendly. The hotel is very clean. It's far from anything else which makes it quite quiet. I liked having my own terraza. I needed some days of rest and I was able to have them. It was inexpensive.

Czech RepublicWhat a tragic cheap “hotel” is this? well i would rather sleep outside than in that horrible room with no aircon or a fan. Sure you can try to open the balcony door if you dont mind loud people and other noises. But i could not stand cigaret smoke from the neighboors. And what a view! You can look into so many room so if you are a voyer this is the right place for you. The walls are so thin that you can listen to everyone whos having sex in your floor 🤩 and of course the is no Wi-Fi and no table for a laptop so dont try to do some work here.
I would rate it with zero but ok it deserves at least one star for the rooftop pool which is fine and I felt so safe with the lifeguard 🤣
