There wasn't air conditioning, we had to open the windows to refresh all night. The bedrooms are small but they are okay. we didn't have enough information about the hotel or the city from the receptionist.

The location is perfect, really quite neighbor and super near from the city center.

Very helpful receptionist,trying to print out our passenger locator form,until ink ran out! Showed us where a good print shop was nearby & we got it sorted. Excellent value for money,especially if you can understand the parking meters! Short walk to town- all good.

The bedding wasn't absolutely clean. There was no mention of breakfast availability. We had decided not to have it anyway as we wanted to leave early, but it wasn't offered as previously it has been at a local cafe during Covid.

It's a great location & it was quiet. Generally we really love staying here.

They don’t open check-in until 4:00 pm (in fairness, this is disclosed in the reservation process). For those on the Camino this is a ridiculously late check in. The latest I have found on any other accommodation along the Camino is 2:00 pm. And most places are 12:30 or 1:00. If you are on the Camino be prepared to wait, as the doors are not even open before 4:00. And the front desk service, though efficient once they do open, is not particularly friendly or welcoming. This is an adequate place to stay, but all in all I think there are probably many better options for pilgrims in Burgos.

The room, though small was clean, comfortable and functional. It is swelteringly hot in summer and although you can open the window (I did) you are then subjected to loud city noises until well past 2:00 am. The bathrooms are clean and functional.

They advertise parking but it's private (not theirs). I really they should should give full disclosure on this important detail for travellers. The parking garage is private and they have discount tickets, which run €11 per night. I think this should be made clear. Otherwise, it's located just across the road, although you have to enter via the next street.

The location is literally 5 minutes walk from the old quarter, but in a quiet street. The room was really excellent, especially given this is a hostel. Modern decor and furnishing. The room included a tower fan - essential for the summer months - which added to the comfort. The Wif-Fi is very good, in fact there was an ethernet cable connection in the room as well. But the really exceptional detail was the shower: rainfall large shower head, lateral waist-to-neck massage jets and a flexible hose with a regular shower head. The receptionist was very helpful and COVID regulations followed very carefully.
