Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location is very convenient, we had flown in and caught the Aerobus to Placa de Espanya and it was an easy 10-15 min walk to the hotel. We were catching the train the next morning and it is right next to the station.

The proimity to Barcelona Sants train station could not have been better ,its across the road and large supermarket 500 metres away

Saudi ArabiaThrough it’s close by the Tain station, otherwise the area is not lively and there’s not much around. If it’s a layover like our stay it’s good but prefer a different location for a longer stay. The breakfast is pretty European standard so compared with other Marriott breakfast in the Middle East, it did match the expectations.
The facilities and room are quite nice! 3 min walk to the train station 🚉

MaltaI would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room Water in shower was once too cold ( I think on the second morning) but this was only once. Would have liked to have a bathrobe available too. The venue was very close to the place on my congress, but was noisy during the night…
I love Marriott as always had such a great experience in comfort and cleanliness. Loved the modern decor of the room the bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Good quality towels and ample shower gel and shampoo. There were always two bottles of water made available for me just in case I forgot to buy and got thirsty during the night. I had an ironing board and iron for pressing my clothes. Breakfast was nice too. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
